We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced navigating our website. Please understand that we launched our new site recently with an extensive product line. We made the decision to launch early to ensure our loyal customers, like you, could access the beloved BisketVapes juices again as soon as possible. We're actively working on refining the user experience and your feedback is invaluable in guiding those improvements.

Regarding the nicotine issue, we deeply regret any confusion. Our new e-liquid format, as outlined in the product description, adopts the Short Fill method. This method allows our customers the flexibility to adjust their nicotine content. This change aligns with the evolving vaping regulations. For clarity, on each product page, it is stated that the product does not contain nicotine and that it's a short fill juice. This means that nicotine shots must be purchased separately. Additionally, there's a product add-ons option clearly mentioning the availability of nicotine shots. We understand that this detail might have been overlooked, and we're dedicated to making such important information even more prominent for our customers in the future.
