Don't fall for the trustpilot. Looks like they have used some marketing tactics to get positive reviews on trustpilot.
It's been more than 2 weeks I have ordered and product never arrived which they agree will come next day. Another glitch on there website, they used by default my billing address as shipping address. I have to sent an item as a gift to my colleague. I have emailed them to correct the shipping address. Also make phone calls. But no one is there to pickup the calls. Alternatively, I have to create a dispute through bank if they don't reply me.

Great service. What I ordered was reasonably prices and swiftly delivered.

DONT LISTEN TO ANY POSITIVE REVIEW ON HERE! It's been 2 weeks and I never recieved my order, so I tried to contact them 3 times. No response. I decided to create a dispute Instead, within an hour they reply and are trying to make fraudulent claims that they had already shipped the parcel, and sent the royal mail tracking, I had a look at the tracking details and the delivery office that supposedly delivered it was nowhere near my local delivery office. They are trying to scam people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR BE ROBBED!!

I have been with vision express for the past twenty five years and have always found them excellent.

Recently, I had an unsettling experience whilst wearing my glasses. I was given a series of very thorough tests by a VE locum. The tests lasted nearly one hour because of this problem. The prescription has now been changed. I have full confidence that my new lenses will now solve the problem.

Items very good indeed and at a decent price, have dealt with this company on two occasions Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery which may not indeed be the fault of Bargainstore, You pay £3.99 for Amazon next day delivery but item takes at least 5 days to arrive . Item dispatched by Bargainstore, apparently same day but for some reason held at Knottingley dispatch depot for a number of days before delivery !

The product I needed at a good price and quick delivery. Would recommend.

A product that really works!
My citrus trees have thrived since I’ve been using these little citrus feeders. Quickly delivered & cheaper than the garden centres.

Just been informed that my delivery has yet again been a tried to deliver at 17.32 , as I have been waiting in all day looking at the gate and only seen the postman , I fear the delivery company may be some what lacking in creditibility.
