4th day of using this skin does seem softer give it a bit longer

Just doesn't work - 4 weeks and no imnprovement whatsoever. Very disappointing indeed.

I'm a new customer and I am happy with my account and treatment for now. However, this company needs to be more transparent and state explicitly that the trial is one amount and billing starts at a higher amount a month after the trial as a subscription. The company's Instagram account is flooded with frustrated comments from customers who feel "scammed" because the subscription isn't explicit or transparent. While I personally don't think this is a scam, I *do* think customers deserve more than the condescending responses they're getting from the company. The fact is, the subscription and direct debit isn't clear when customers sign up for a trial. Full stop. So, why is it so hard to just state the pricing model when we sign up instead of gaslighting reasonably unhappy customers? The shady responses are why people think this is a scam, so I don't know, maybe simply say what you are doing when people sign up and fix the problem? It's very weird to me when it seems like the most ethical (and likely profitable!) path for the business to just say what you're doing. I get why others are frustrated.

Only been using it for about two weeks so it's too early to say if it would make any difference to my skin. I think all it contains is Tretinoin 0.01% , so I'm disappointed that at such a low dose it will make little difference until I've been using it for many months. My skin is tough and tolerant of most products.

Previously I had been using daily/nightly, The Ordinary - Retinol, vitC, hyaluronic acid and a couple of other serums. So I was hoping to have some of the above included to make the regimen easier.
The delivery was good and arrived quickly.
The packaging is irritating. The top falls off every time I pick it up, when I twist the container to push the contents out, I'm getting different amounts each day. And, I have no idea when it's empty as it's a metal container.
I wasn't made aware it was a re-occuring monthly subscription until I'd bought it. It was probably written somewhere but it definitely wasn't made obvious which means I now have to cancel it!

The product appears to be catered for you as an individual based on your skin rather than generalised. It certainly seems to be for me.
Whilst I've found many creams end up flaking back off my skin, this one sinks in nicely and my skin is definitely looking better. I've been using it for 2 months now, just started the 3rd lot and I'm going to continue.

Good gradual increase in strength and no negative effects. Noticing a glow to my skin.

Menopause had brought me out with the most painful acne . The Nightly Active Treatment has improved my skin so much. It did take a few weeks to see results but it is worth the wait. Acne and the acne scars have subsided and the deep lines that I had have softened .Now my skin is smoother and clearer. Love this product.
