I have ordered a belt (Order #EU-12873), 20€ of shipping fee and even unable to track the parcel and of course I still haven't received my order (it's been 15 days). They don't answer to e-mail (it is true about it). I am really disapointed because I already bought from them a wonderful pair of shoes that I love it (no delivery issue).

Wrong size shoes have arrived #UK-142153
I already wrote a review as it seems the only way to get an answer at the moment. 2 pairs (out of 3 ordered) were lost by DPD. The 2 pairs were re-sent by Barkers (received pretty quick, thank you), but unfortunately, the size 9 G Brown Suede Suttons had a 8.5 in the box. So although I now have 3 sets of boots, the 3rd pair is too small as someone but the wrong size in the box. I need to return them and receive the 9's asap please.
I am sorry to write a one star review. I sent several messages asking where the shoes was, no answer! Finally when the shoes arrived i found them too small, witch was very sas.
Again sent you e-mails asking what to do, again no answers.
Please inform how to change the size?
In the parcel was no information what so ever.

I ordered my first pair of Barker shoes which I was very excited about. Within a few wears, I noticed an unnatural crease along the toe box which worsened over time. I looked at pictures I had taken when the shoes were new and can see the crease was present when I purchased the shoes. Barkers informed me I should have sized down from my actual size and this is why the crease occurred despite it being there when I purchased the shoes. Sadly I was also informed there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. I am left with faulty shoes. I am disappointed with the customer service after attempting to support the British shoe company. No solutions offered to resolve the issue. I won’t be buying from Barkers again.
*** Update - I was asked to return the shoes with a view to receive a refund. I was informed the shoes had significant wear in them after only owning them for 6 months and wearing them in rotation for around 4 months. Very disappointed. I will remain using Loake where I have had no issues with the service or quality of the shoes.

I am still awaiting delivery. I would have expected some communication from retailer .
Shoes never arrived. Was booked through DHL with expected delivery today. No updates until I entered the tracking number to see it has been returned to the uk

Same as many others experience... wrong dpd tracking number (related to someone elses parcel 6 months ago), no updates, I did find a completely different tracking number eventually by downloading the dpd app to find a package delivered to a pickup point, but the Barkers order page shows two deliveries, time will tell what arrives but yes, the automated review request is not taking into account whether item has arrived yet or not. Hope this isn't the beginning of the end as love Barker shoes.

I never received the pair of shoes I ordered during Black Friday. I was refunded, but no reason was given. The sales department never responded to my emails.

More than 2 months already until today, this is the timeline: shoes shipped after 3 weeks, 2 weeks to treat my claim due to quality issues, 2 weeks to be back to Barker via the carrier DHL, now, 2 weeks after reception of the returned shoes. No replies after 5/6 emails. Totally speechless. Still waiting for the refund. Never seen a service client so passive. To be honest the online shopping is based on confidence and barker has totally loss it.

The shoes pictured on the site did not really meet my expectations whilst the description states

they were a lot darker than pictured.
Also I always buy a size 8 but these seemed a lot bigger than all the previous pairs purchased.

I ordered / paid for shoes 10 days ago and am still waiting delivery. It seems a bit out of touch to be asked how I’m experiencing my purchases when they are yet to arrive.
A timely update via email would be appreciated.

Very bad so far. Ordered on 3rd December. Today is 14th December. DPD Reference invalid. Emailed 3 times no response. Customer service number - non-existent. Rings and rings. Never a response. Very very disappointing experience. Wondering if the shoes will ever show up.Order ref UK-142254

Nothing received as of 14 Dec 25 and no communication from Barkers or DPD until the email requesting a review.
Having seen all the 1* reviews with people waiting 11+ days I can see there is a problem in processing orders. Not going to waste my time sending angry emails. Very disappointing but please just try to resolve asap.

I paid for my shoes on 3rd Dec 25 and still haven’t received them yet!! They gave me a tracking number, DPD says this tracking number is wrong. Contacted Barker on chat several times over the last 5days they say the same thing “our team will be in touch within few hours” and nothing happened. I emailed Barker Shoe three times and they did not even respond to my email. Very bad experience at this time of the year!! There is no phone number to call them on which makes it more annoying. Just to state that my bad experience is got nothing to do with the design and the quality of Barker Shoes as they are one of top shoe makers in the UK. This is my order #UK-142230.

I sent the same boots back, size 10 on the 5th Dec, and still haven't heard anything from Barker shoes, so still waiting for my refund, as I have kept the size 10.5.
Nobody answers the phone when I ring.

I have sent various messages to you, so could somebody get back to me ASAP.
Shoes not delivered after 11 days. Maybe if I’d received them I’d be able to write a more positive review
