Fantastic and very helpful staff!
I am just learning to get around my embroidery machine and thought I would nip in and pick up some thread and other items and ask for some advice as I couldn't work out where I had gone wrong with a stitch out. Jon and Will were very helpful and got me on the right track. It worked a treat! Jon recommended the different stabilisers I would need and explained what they did and why I would need them. He also talked me through various threads. He was very knowledgeable and I can't thank him enough!
I have also ordered online a couple of times before and the items arrived very quickly.
Barnyarns is definitely my go to with lots of beautiful threads and everything you could need for sewing and embroidery.
