Sorry but they speak to people horrible and they with hold ur benefits saving ect there refusing me money to get my house furnished they have been rude an horrible on the phone to me idk what im to do a want them removed don’t go with them as they don’t give u ur money ur ment to please dont im so far losing this fight they have made my feel like im stuck have no independence they give u bout 100 pounds of ur benefits an keep the rest with held

If I could less than one star I would they have not paid rent on time still hasn’t paid the rent what was due a couple weeks back they don’t release funds on request they take advantage of the venerable peoples finances refuse to release funds when requested keep making different excuses when asked they would like to end services and will refuse to end your service when asked to and to make matters worse there customer service is dreadful as they are very argumentative on the phone and had shouted and balled at the service user do not recommend unless you want locked away from your finances

Absolute nightmare changing over from Leeds Cil .BIGGEST mistake made by lcc cheapskates.whjch leads to poor performance from barrys.
I have had endless issues with these people right down to receiving threats from the pension regulator because this Co cannot do their job .

I have emailed and emailed...no response.
And as a customer who has been forced to use them due to lcc penny pinching choice of changeover .the pressure and upset put on those who HAVE to use them for payroll purposes is immense .
If I could give 0*( obviously can't) that's what they deserve .

This company has been great for me and my family. I have an account for my Direct Payments and they get the money from the Council to make payments for me. The process is easy every 4 weeks for my PA's to get paid. I highly recommend them
