Barrister has repeatedly failed to fulfill the service commitment:

No technician showed up during any of the scheduled appointments.
There was no communication or follow-up despite multiple confirmations.
The technician was scheduled several time, but no one arrived or responded.
Caused me unnecessary delays and wasted time.

Stay away. They're very experienced at scamming customers and technicians. They have hundreds of reasons and excuses to fleece customers and avoid paying technicians.

I’m the Service Delivery Manager of a large IT company in the US. We require IT experienced Technicians with multiple skill sets in all 50 states with some remote geographies.
