Great custom support.
I bought a jacket on the website while I was in France. Unfortunately, there have been problems with a document that were quickly solved by the staff. I had a great experience with the supporting team, they replied to my emails almost instantly providing solutions. I highly recommend it if you are in the UK. For people living in the EU, remember that you'll have to pay customs taxes and fees (that is why I did not keep the jacket and gave it 4 stars).
