The product is listed on your website for 49 USD, yet you demanded 400 EUR via WhatsApp. When I questioned this discrepancy, you responded with insults such as “s*ck off” and “we do not work with beggars.”

This conduct is abusive, misleading, and potentially fraudulent. I have kept screenshots of all communications as evidence.

If necessary, I will report this case publicly and to relevant consumer protection platforms and fraud monitoring services. I will also share my experience on Trustpilot and other review platforms so that other consumers are aware of this behavior.

I strongly advise you to reconsider how you communicate with customers and clarify your pricing practices

My order is still being processed. They dont answer to email, dont send tracking id. I will never buy from it again.

Bought a pair of white airforce 1s this is a genuine review I ordered 4 days a go I've heard absolutely nothing they took the payment out of my account which means they know about the purchase of course they have not responded to a single email luckily I only spent 40quid as a tester if they was genuine I would have bought a lot more as the prices are good shame really but yeah don't order much better more trustworthy sites

Bis Heute den 14.02.2025 immernoch keine Ware da. Keine Möglichkeit zur Kontakt Aufnahme.

Ebenfalls die email info@basereps funktioniert nicht und wenn man dort eine email hinschickt wird diese gar nicht abgesendet.
Die Telefon Nummer auf der Website stimmt nicht
Der Live Chat auf der Website reagiert nicht

shipping time is slow not revived a tracking number like stated and slow support when needed its been almost 3 months since I've ordered and not revived a tracking code after they promise 8-13 day shipping Also there support gmail dose not work and customer care dose not seem too reply too your email DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THE SITE IS A SCAM 👍
Also as shown they replied with an email which dose not show as a real email

I bought from them and and the order says processing and it has been for the past 18 days i try to email them to know how i can track my package and the emails and phone number dosent work and i would like if they would send me my tracking id so i can atleast know where and when im getting my package so far not a good experience. I would like to hear back asap or atleast get my money back

I like the quality of the shoes. The Problem is that the size is a little to small than the normal original shoes. And at the beginning i couldnt ask for the delibery status because every email that you have doesnt work. I needed to wait of your email i didnt know that.

Worst customer service.. they lie and tell you they will fix the problems with your order but then send it to the wrong address and they won’t refund the money.. horrible company
