Ordered 2 radiators for living room and kitchen from bathroom deal and was very impressed with both the price and the customer service. After ordering I received a call the next day to arrange delivery which the radiators were delivered on the day stated. Very impressed and will use them again.

Very disappointing service
My first delivery did not arrive due to the goods (a bathtub) being damaged in transit. The second delivery arrived but I had had to make lots of phone calls to establish which day. It was a stressful experience

Once I had placed the order online I received a call asking if would be convenient to deliver it the following day and it arrived as promised first thing in the morning. Brilliant!

I bought a towel radiator at the beginning of February 24. I am still waiting for it to be connected so cannot comment on the working quality. In terms of price and appearance, I am really happy as it looks great. Good communication with the sales team: I had a query about slight delay with delivery, which was replied to and rearranged.
