Here’s a clear and firm negative feedback you can post on eBay:

I did not receive this item. The seller claimed it was left in my “requested safe area,” but I never requested this and I do not have a designated safe area at my address. The item was never delivered to me. The seller has not offered a replacement or a refund, which is very disappointing. Poor communication and no resolution provided. Would not recommend.

Awful communication with their customers. Didn’t receive my item

Made an order but it was canceled a few days later with no explanation.

Good value Back to Wall toilet cabinet, with prompt delivery

Received damaged goods! Have tried to contact company through 3 different emails provided and no answer. Wrote to them on Twitter/X and nothing answer. Had to go through my bank to try and get a refund.

I had a problem with delivery through no fault of the company. They went out of their way to communicate and rectified the problem by sending the goods by courier -at their expense.

Found this site offering valve for a far better price than my local merchant (even account price) so took a chance. Valve is obviously old stock judging by packaging but it is fine and works. Delivery was very fast. Overall good service.

Delivery guy was quite pleasant and moved the heavy delivery inside the house

Ordered a bath and the bits that went with it. Initial date no show lucky I work from home ! Second time came on good time .Stu and Len who delivered the orders were helpful and cheerful putting the items where I requested.
The bath and screen seem really good and reasonably priced. Everything is so dear now and this was more reasonable then wickes, amazon and B&Q. I will use them again.

On visiting the showroom in Derby we decided on the Nuie York vanity suite. We chose the white ash colour from the colour chart in the showroom having been assured that the colours were accurate. The suite was delivered the following week.
On opening the packages we found the following : -
1. They'd sent single taps instead of the mono taps we had ordered to fit the mono sink.
2. The toilet vanity unit was badly finished in several places.
3. The sink vanity unit had different coloured sides to the front ie. Cream sides and white front.
4. The colour was nothing like the chart in the showroom.

We were told that the toilet vanity and taps would be replaced. However, we were told that the sink vanity did come with different coloured sides to the front. Believing we were being spun a yarn we rang Nuie who requested photos of the vanity units. They confirmed that neither vanity unit were good stock and the the sink vanity should not have been two different colours ie. Cream sides and white ash front.
Bathroom traders said we shouldn't have rang the manufacturers??
Because of the colour misrepresentation we decided to opt for the stone grey.
After numerous calls we finally received a new toilet vanity and the ex display sink vanity which had white sealant down one side which we had to scrape off.
To cap it all we found we could have saved over £100 if we had purchased online.

On the website it says free delivery to UK Mainland, only to be told few days later that apparently Scotland is not part of it and there is a surcharge to be paid of over £35?!

Will never order from here again, shady solutions to take people's money .
