Estimated 18 days to deliver!!

Have had a bit of a nightmare with this company. Had problems with a code and had to completely redo a 60 page book because I couldn't get a response from support. Eventually got it ordered on the 12th December. Paid extra to 'rush'. Wasn't too concerned as the website was advertising new orders made up to the 19th December would still be delivered before Christmas.
Got an email on the 17th saying it was dispatched, so 5 days to produce desite paying for 'rush'. Now, the final straw, when I check the tracking it says it will be not be delivered until the 30th December! Totally let down, as it was meant to be a Christmas present. How can they advertise that the 19th is the cut off date when they can't deliver orders made on the 12th.

If you have sent me an email I have not received it. But I suspect these are automated responses, like most of the printerpix 'support'. But what I can't understand is you are still advertising on the website that you will make Christmas deliveries.
