Overall experience with Batmaid is good, cleaning personnel (especially Mounia, Annie and Karima) are professional, hardworking and takes good care of the house. Batmaid customer service are top, helpful and quick to react to unexpected issues.
Batmaid app can be improved.
We have used this service for two years and we will keep doing that.

Great cleaning agents and great customer support. They are very responsive and the cleaning is always done in an excellent way.

The maid gave excellent service within the allocated time.

- First of all, upcoming cleaning session was not showing on their portal
- Second cleaning lady came late and recording video of the apartment without the customer consent ,which is big violation of private data. She also left the apartment after throwing all the cleaning material here and there.
- Third, Her support person was doing debate with the customer and alleging the customer for her mistake

After "using" (because the second time the cleaning lady did not show up) the service, I can write a honest review.
As I said the second time I booked, the cleaning lady did not come, so I didn't have even the occasion to change my mind after my first experience.
First of all, you cannot book for less than 3 hours. My apartment is small, and the lady spent the last hour making calls/sending sms, and also left earlier. After she left, I found a lot of works not completed.
Highly not recommended, they don't teach to the ladies how to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

Staff are not professional cleaners, and very unreliable. The online platform is excellent and very convenient.

Difficult communication

Apart from a comfortable platform and emailing system, there is nothing good about this service. The cleaning staff is unreliable and unprofessional. I used the service for three months, and they only showed up seven times. They frequently canceled the night before or the morning of the cleaning, and sometimes showed up an hour late without explanation, causing us problems with our work schedules as we had to wait to open the door. I thought it would make my life easier, but it did the opposite.

I ordered a cleaning lady twice (different person). They were both half an hour late without even apologising and were very slow in their work. The first time I had to extend the service for another hour as the lady didn’t manage to even finish a 60 squared meter flat in 3 hours(!!) Really unhappy with the result.

I have used batmaid several times with mixed results.

A few times went really well, no issues.
Once they rescheduled my cleaner no less than 3 times, including the morning of. It took nearly a month to finally get the cleaner around.

Twice, I booked a cleaning and I am CERTAIN I clicked the button "Only once," but the website booked me in for a weekly recurring clean which I had to call to cancel.

Finally, this morning, they rescheduled and changed cleaner at the last minute, and then no one ever showed up. I can't get through to the company either by phone or email.

I am taking my business elsewhere.

Half the time they cancel less than 24 hours before. Today, they cancelled 5 mimutes before the cleaning supposed to take place. They are unreachable, no apologies, no refunds or anything, highly unprofessional. I sincerely recommend switching to any other service, as we are planning to do, since this unreliability has become a pattern.

The person who came to clean the apartment stayed 3 hours and a half instead of four hours and decided not to iron clothes unilaterally. They also complained about the cleaning equipment, which was already used by another cleaner previously and complied with what was requested during the booking.

No one showed up and I could not reach the company by phone or any other form of communication, I don’t think they exist.

update: got a callback but still given previous reviews there are certain patterns
