Avoid
Refused to refund me on some jogging bottoms where the zip went faulty after one day. Tried to tell me that because I had worn them I was only entitled to a replacement. Unfortunately I know my UK trading laws. Is currently ignoring my emails and messages to refund me despite the fact they have the returned goods. Even ignoring paypay request to refund. Avoid this seller, they're terrible. Eventually got refund but after a lot of chasing and arguing. Had to escalate to PayPal as well.
Now they're denying they even know of my complaint. Order number #24434.

I need to return this item pleaese. The zip on the left leg does not work, it gets stuck or comes apart. There was no returns form in the packaging so I don't know if I need one? Also, can you confirm that you will refund my postage please as I don't think I should pay to return a faulty item.
