Failed to honour warranty

Purchased a battery for my bike in April (2026). By July it had failed and would not hold a charge at all. Battmobile provided another battery but failed to honour the warranty clearly stated on my receipt from April. Charged me another 200 Dhs more than the original battery in April for tye same type. Feel very cheated. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone. Suggest you avoid at all costs.

Worst service & behavior

Commitments changes post payment. And on top of it the Staffs behavior ( battery) is worst and low class. Response time , committed less than an hour, actual 3 hrs 20 minutes. Battery six months warranty left but due to replacement reduced to 3 months. But the way of asking was really insulting.

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience.
My vehicle was with the company for service when a speeding fine was issued.

Despite multiple calls, messages, and promises that I would receive a call back, no clear update has been provided and my messages are now not being answered.

Service is unsatisfactory

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center from the moment I handed over my vehicle for a major service.

They have a system where customers are required to pay in advance. I made the payment, and after that, it felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates and support. Once the payment was made, the level of customer service dropped significantly.

Before the service, my car's AC was working perfectly. However, after they returned the vehicle, the AC started having problems. When I raised the issue, they provided me with a lengthy quotation of more than AED 11,000 for additional repairs including other work etc. Fortunately, I did not agree to it.

The customer service was extremely unsatisfactory and does not deserve even one star. What concerns me most is whether the major service was actually carried out properly. When the vehicle was returned, it was still dirty, had not been washed properly, and even inside the car, some AC vent caps had been removed and not refitted. This level of carelessness is highly unprofessional and irresponsible.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend having any vehicle work done here.

A Rip-off service package and thieves

Extremely disappointing experience with Batmobile Garage. During my visit, an expensive item was stolen from my vehicle, and after 3 weeks of investigation, the management decided that nothing was shown at the camera so we cannot help you. little concern when the issue was raised.
On top of that, their "service package" feels like a complete rip-off. After paying a premium price, it became clear that many of the spare parts supposedly included in the major service were not part of the package and they only remove the labor cost. To make matters worse, their spare parts are priced at nearly double the market rate.

Enjoyed the after-sales service

I bought a new Duracell battery installed by Battmobile on August 17, 2025, for my VW New Beetle. It was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, it failed to start the car on May 31, 2026. Got it boosted by Battmobile, and it didn’t keep the charge anymore. I asked if it was still under warranty, but I didn't have the physical warranty card, only a photo of it with the order and installation history. Battmobile reviewed everything and kindly proceeded to the exchange at no cost. Keeping the experience professional and positive. Thanks for Sultan for swapping the battery today despite the late hour. Much appreciated. This is what an after-sales service experience should be.

Great first experience, slick, clean and smooth

Great first experience, starting my ride with a super nice and clean car. A weekend with my 3 excited sons as they love the car because he’l looks like brand new and everything just works as it should.
Love the fact I can take the boys and their friends somewhere in a larger car soon as well due to BattMobility’s flexibility!

The worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever.

The service was very quick and efficient when it came to collecting payment, but after the money was taken, there was absolutely no proper service or support.

I know Battmobile has been in the market since 2010, but I want to say something honestly and clearly: your customer service and after-sales care are among the worst I have ever experienced. Having this level of service in the UAE is honestly a big question mark My message to the founders, Adil Faizee and Furqan Anis:

You are providing a useful service that helps people during difficult situations, but unfortunately your management is extremely poor. Your managers need managers to manage them.

First of all, your Terms & Conditions are contradictory. In one section it says packages cannot be cancelled, while another section clearly states that clients have the right to cancel at any time.

Second, even if we assume cancellation is not allowed, when a customer wants to cancel due to a genuine personal situation — such as leaving the country — a manager should show professionalism, flexibility, and appreciation toward the customer instead of making the experience worse.

Good customer care creates loyal clients. A satisfied customer becomes the reason for more customers through recommendations to friends, family, colleagues, positive online reviews, and future subscriptions when returning to the UAE.

Unfortunately, your managers Abdul and Hani do not seem to understand how to properly handle or resolve customer issues. Adithya was better at least she knows how to communicate

For 13 days I kept hearing the same response:
“Yes sir, we are working on your problem.”

Nothing was resolved.

Please take care of your customers, because without customers, no company can survive.

Anyway, I do not need anything from your company anymore. I have already contacted the Consumer Rights Department and I am currently in the process of opening a case.

Last thing is funny, I have bp when, every time I talk to you guys it goes crazy up and get nervous. You have zero communication skills

Battmobile Service my car - Worst car service ever

Piece of advice, run away from Battmobile. Have recently subscribed "service my car" plan with Battmobile; WORST experience ever! 3 appointments missed, neither even cancelled, 3 days lost; Manager ABDUL SATTAR kept lying from day 1, showing he does not care about the clients. Till date not a single service done, nor any solution provided, nor any management involved despite complains.
Battmobile management you are requested to intervene and solve the issue

Outstanding Service Experience

Huge thanks to Battmobile for an outstanding service experience! From the moment my car was picked up to when it was delivered back, everything was handled seamlessly by Talha Jawad and the entire team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely positive attitude made the whole process effortless and stress-free.
A special mention to my service advisor, Syed Jawad his efficiency and has clear communication. He kept everything transparent and managed to complete the service faster than expected without compromising on quality. Truly top-notch service all around!
