Vriendelijk en behulpzaam costumer service team

Ik had een bikini besteld, maar helaas liep er tijdens de bezorging iets mis langs de kant van de pakjesbezorger, waardoor de bikini nooit is aangekomen. Bayu costumer service heeft onmiddellijk stappen ondernomen om dit de onderzoeken en reageerde snel. Ze reikten meerdere oplossingen aan en ik heb nu een nieuwe bikini, die binnen 2 dagen geleverd werd. Bedankt voor jullie vriendelijke hulp! De bikini is prachtig, van goede kwaliteit en was het wachten waard 🫶🏼

Bayu, 100% aanrader!

Ten eerste, prachtig assortiment en super personeel.

Ikzelf had nog nooit besteld bij Bayu en dus ook geen idee hoe de maten vielen. Na een aankoop gedaan te hebben, was de maat toch niet juist. Contact opgenomen, direct antwoord en bij het ruilen lag alles al voor mij klaar.

Voor mij dé redenen en nog wel meer om bij Bayu elke zomer mijn bikini la bij te vullen!

Vlotte klantenservice en kwaliteit

Er was iets mis gegaan met mijn bestelling, maar de klantenservice heeft dit heel netjes opgelost. Erg vriendelijk, benaderbaar en snel. De bikini's zijn ook erg mooi van kwaliteit.

Costumer service experience

With my last order it got delivered by my neighbors who turned out to be on holiday so while I reached out to bayu to help me locate the package, they were really nice and helpful with helping me locate my delivery. The thing that stood out for me the most was how friendly they were. I’ve been ordering many deliveries from different companies and I can tell you not all of them are so nice as bayu.

Do not buy if you are unsure of sizing…

Do not buy if you are unsure of sizing and want to return items from UK. I bought an XL which is apparently equivalent to fit a cup size E, which is false. Sizing is extremely small, now after paying £14 to ship the item with the post office, with attached invoices as requested, they have told me to pay another custom and duties fee of €90, which altogether is near enough the same as the two bikinis I originally ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be reporting this through my bank.

Geweldige klantenservice!

Bestelling en levering ging erg snel, bikini’s zijn mooi en goed van kwaliteit. Bij het retourneren van meerdere bestellingen in een verpakking ging er wat mis bij de verwerking. De klantenservice heeft dit meteen uitgezocht en geeft telkens binnen een paar uur reactie, super opgelost!

Perfecte klantenservice

Ik heb echt een hele goede ervaring gehad met de klantenservice van Bayu the Label. Er was iets misgegaan met mijn nieuwe bikini die ik via hen had besteld. Nadat ik hierover een klacht heb ingediend, ben ik meerdere keren zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan via de mail. Bayu heeft naar mijn mening een zeer nette oplossing gegeven door mij de optie te geven voor een nieuwe bikini of een tegoedbon terwaarde van mijn bikini + 10%. Nu heb ik een nieuwe bikini en een extra cadeautje voor mezelf kunnen bestellen. Fouten kunnen gebeuren en het gaat erom hoe deze worden opgelost, naar mijn mening heeft Bayu dit perfect gedaan.

Bestelling nooit ontvangen

Een paar weken geleden een bestelling geplaatst, bezorgdienst geeft aan dat het is geleverd maar ik heb het nooit ontvangen.

Ondanks meerdere keren contact blijft de klantenservice van Bayu aandringen op het doen van aangifte bij de politie, terwijl het gaat om een paar bikini’s. Ongelofelijk dat ik als klant zulke stappen moet nemen om m’n geld terug te krijgen. De enige andere optie is store credit waar ik totaal geen behoefte aan heb.

Krijg continu hetzelfde standaardantwoord terug en er wordt totaal geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen. Zou hier nooit meer bestellen.

Niet bestellen hier!

Bayu wilt mijn geld niet teruggeven, ze heb de bestelling retour ontvangen en willen mij een gift card geven, terwijl er helemaal niks op voorraad is. belachelijk. Ik heb nooit voor een gift card gekozen, daarnaast heb ik de bikini’s niet voor niks teruggestuurd. De bikini’s hadden geen mooie vorm (geen vorm). Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn geld na 4 weken

Best bikini ever

Honnestly, I’ve never seen such a beautiful and flattering bikini. It was delivered in 24 hours and for real: I have never felt so good in a bikini as in this one. Will definitely order again (I even think those bikinis will be the only ones that I will be ordering from now on).

Beware of returns and customs

Ordered for the first time, got sent a customs invoice for another £75 when I contacted the company they only offered a discount, I did not pay the fee but somehow it got delivered. Now I am trying to return it, and its going to cost me £45 to fedex it back. Do not waste your time or money!

Ik heb 2 bikini’s besteld ze zijn prachtig! Helaas moest ik er een retour sturen omdat deze kleiner viel dan de andere kleur.
Maar geen enkele problemen met retour gewoon netjes verwerkt.
Ik las allemaal negatieve reviews wat betreft retour maar hier gewoon een zeer positieve ervaring.
Ik zal zeker vaker bestellen.

Helaas ook geen goede ervaring

Zoals meerdere op Trustpilot heb ik ook de mededeling gekregen (in klantonvriendelijk Engels) dat ik vlekken veroorzaakt heb op het product en ik daardoor mijn geld niet terug krijg. Zo verlies je wel het vertrouwen in online aankopen doen...

Jammer, op social media lijkt het een succesvol bedrijf maar ze zullen de omzet wel nodig hebben.
