The Company do not respond to any emails, I have a purchase from chrismas I am trying to return.

Then i bought the stone colour and the threading is really poor quality - see attached photo. I contacted customer service who wouldnt do anything to rectify this. Poor experience for something so expensive.

Not included in any product descriptions is the fact that the body/pregnancy pillow is expected to compress 10-15% over the course of a year, as confirmed by customer services. Less than a year after buying my pillow, it became necessary to adjust so much that the length of the pillow wasn't enough to support the length of my body. I contacted customer services and after some back and forth (stating that this is normal until I pushed), they sent me a replacement inner pillow. I noticed that they have more recently changed the material of their beads inside to bio foam, which might potentially be the cause of the excessive compression. Hopefully this improves the longevity of their product, as it was very comfortable for me prior to this.

The best pillow I used! The pillow is soo soft and molds to your body perfectly. Back pain is gone. Worth the price

My pillow decompressed and shrunk drastically within weeks of use. The website says it’s meant to be approx 59cm long and mine is barely 44cm and is continuously shrinking and feels so flat. When I first complained to the company a few weeks ago, it measured 48cm.
Maybe I got a faulty product, but customer services were not at all interested in helping me and said that level of decompression is normal?! I can’t see how that’s possible! And if it is, it should be mentioned on their website and marketing materials that the pillow can dramatically shrink and flatten after a couple of weeks, so consumers can make their purchase fully informed. Especially for the extortionate price of the pillow.
I’m incredibly disappointed at wasting so much money and at the lack of customer support.
Wouldn’t recommend for the price. There are so many cheaper alternatives.

I could gush on these products all day long. My best purchase whilst pregnant was the pregnancy pillow, my husband quickly bought one for himself to stop him pinching mine! 10 weeks postpartum and I (and my husband) use the pillows every night! I now tie the ends and pop bub in it while I go about my chores (making coffee!) and he is happy as Larry. I've since bought a nursing pillow and find it to be the perfect height for slipping alongside me to rest my arm on. Expensive for an armrest but as I will donate it when I am done with it I don't mind too much.
