Purchased Office 2021 pro plus key.
Delivery of the key was 30minutes to 3 hours ETA.
It’s been over 3 hours now.
No response from WhatsApp no response from email. No response from chat.
This looks like a SCAM company
No response all day from this company I am now trying to get a refund.
5 hours later they responded and only issued a partial refund.
I will not use these again they are too lazy.
you failed to hit your stated ETA, you then fail to offer a full refund. doesn't look like you value feedback
