The delivery was on time as requested, First class service.

seems a decent bit of kit quite a task to put it all together though and instructions not very clear.

BBQ Model Jupiter absolutely brilliant. Delivered on a pallet it was perfectly packed. Assembly and supporting instructions excellent. Such a pleasure to eventually switch on and go for our first BBQ. This was our 2nd Outback, the first model lasted over 12 years. We just wanted a more current model.All boxes ticked.

Not for the faint hearted. Assembly took me over two hours.
This is the second Outback bbq I have purchased. The first one lasted nearly 10 years and was brilliant - just hope that the latest acquisition last as long. So far so good.

The BBQ is of excellent quality and really works well, however, it would very difficult to assemble for two people as one person needed to hold the heavy top section in place whilst the other secured to the base with the screws. Really a three person job and the instructions for assembly could have been clearer.

Very good company and very helpful, I am satisfied with the service I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of purchasing from them.

Excellent product, The Trooper, had one for 9 years but decided it was time for a new one.

Just what we wanted. compact enough for storage but still a good size to cook from. Putting it together needed two people.though.

I was looking for a regulator and hose for my Outback BBQ and found on this website there was one for free. I needed a cover for it too. Bought the cover But the regulator never arrived. After phoning advised that it was website issue, no apology for the disappointment. The cover is good, but dissatisfied with the service.

Excellent sturdy well-made BBQ delivered promptly and well packaged with easy to follow assembly guide and usage info.

Never got my delivery on time. Was Monday delivery, waited in all day to be told it will be Tuesday, Tuesday came and went, to be told it will be Wednesday. Disappointed and angry waiting around.
Bbq us OK, easy to put together. Feel let down over all.

Initial problem with stock and ETA after ordering, but soon rectified and arrived within the 5 days.

Great service and great value. Ordered a new cover for our 15 year old outback BBQ which is still going strong. Slight hiccup with it being out of stock but it still arrived in 2 days so well impressed all round. A very happy customer here and would definitely recommend.
