Installation of replacement central heating oil boiler & associated plumbing carried out very efficiently within one day. On completion, all waste material including the old boiler were removed from site & the area tidied up.
Ben & his associate Jack were extremely pleasant from start to finish & kept me informed of progress etc. during the day.

Came to the house when they said they would, completed the work within timescale. No drama no mess excellent experience.

Had a replacement Boiler fitted by Mark who arrived on time and was polite and explained everything he had carried out. The work was completed to an excellent standard and the area was left clean and tidy with all old components and packaging removed at the end of the day.

Ben was brilliant, as was his engineer .I don't live in Grimsby but employed Ben to looked after my father in laws needs and concerns and he did so like they were his parents.
Replacement boiler was installed within 4 days, he went out of his way to ensure they were not out of heating and water,

The plumber that came to carry out the work on a new boiler for me was very mindful of my newly decorated house. Very pleased with the work he did.

BCA do what they say they are going to do.

Boiler service quick, clean and efficiently undertaken by polite and cheerful technician. But he didn’t manage to fix the squeaking tap.

Ben installed our boiler 3 years ago and done some other work.
All spot on , good lads that work with him. Good prices always cleans up after him.
Cannot fault them.
