I bought 4 different coffee beans
I bought 4 different coffee beans. 3 single origin and 1 a blend. All have been delcious. I like their coffee because all of them are organically grown - very important from a health and environment perspective.I will be buying again.

We are sorry to hear about your packaging been damaged during transit. As these are paper filters they should be easy to put back into shapes as they are very malleable and they do come inside the box and then are put into one of our recyclable bags.
As a company that cares about waste and the environment we chose not to bubble wrap these or provide extra packaging as that goes against what we stand for.
We also cant control the way our delivery partners handle our items and sometimes they don't get treated great in the sorting centers which I know sometimes damage certain elements.

Great filter and saves on money every…
Great filter and saves on money every few months buying paper filters. Although I will still purchase paper filters I will use this to save since I have more than one coffee load a day

As a tea drinker usually, I thought I would order some coffee for a change. Ordered the dark roast, it was delivered in 2 days and was simply amazing. Do not order. No communication, no product, no refund.
I placed an order with Bean Around Worldwide Coffee three weeks ago. Since then, I have not received my order or any further contact from them. I have emailed them twice and have not received a reply to either message, including my request for a refund. Zero customer service and they have effectively stolen my money.

As stated on the product page and when purchasing this item was a Pre-Order item due to a global Chemex Shortage. It is also listed in our terms for pre-order items and general deliveries that they may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances arisen from Covid-19.
