We also stock creations from all the major manufacturers (for example: Jellycat, Charlie Bears, Merrythought, Teddy Hermann and Kosen), and beautiful work from leading teddy bear artists.

We are proud of, and have been recognized many times for, the quality of our service. We aim to make our customers as happy as possible!
Finally, we run our business in an ethical fashion. We use a green electricity supplier, are diligent recyclers and try to make decisions based on the impact on the world around us. Our chosen charity is War Child.

The Bear Garden Guarantee
We aim to send orders within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible. Items are sent securely packed and clearly labelled, so they arrive safely.
We like our customers to be happy!
So, if when you receive your parcel you are not happy with the contents, you will be refunded on return of the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. The Bear Garden guarantees that all items offered for sale are in perfect condition. We include boxes, bags and certificates where provided by the manufacturer.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates.
Refunds are less any original postage costs incurred by The Bear Garden. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.

The best place for special gifts …
Ordering was so easy because the website is clearly laid out. I bought a steiff rabbit and paid a bit extra for the steiff box. It was well worth paying the bit extra because it was absolutely beautifully wrapped. The package that was posted to me was so safely wrapped that it arrived very quickly in perfect condition. This is the second time I have ordered from the bear garden and it won’t be the last. The first time I ordered it was over the phone. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Splendid service and attention to detail
I ordered two items and they were delivered the following day - beautifully packaged. The brands stocked by Bear Garden speak for themselves. If you are a devotee of bears and all other beasts in 'soft' form, then this is the place to look. You will be delighted!

Who Doesn't like a Bear?
Bear fits the bill as a gift, who doesn't like a bear? Best value I could find and within budget.
Carrier used was Royal Mail, who, unlike competitors, do have a tracking system and if you are not at home for delivery you can redirect it for collection.
Looking here first should the need arrive for more soft animals.

What fantastic bears.
What a fantastic choice of bears looking for homes. I got a really lovely bear with jointed arms and legs for a very reasonable price. Delivery was excellent and bear arrived promptly.
