My experience with Allure Box customer service has been absolutely awful, and I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing.
I attempted to change my shipping address immediately after starting my subscription. Unfortunately, Allure’s website was not working properly and would not allow me to update my address. I kept trying and was only able to successfully change it later that morning.
Despite this being a time-sensitive issue, I contacted customer support right away to explain what happened and to make sure my box would be shipped to the correct address. No one responded. Not a single acknowledgment, no confirmation, no help—nothing.
This is unacceptable for a paid subscription service. Address issues are basic, common problems, and ignoring customers when money has already been taken shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A company that charges customers monthly should not have a broken website and a nonexistent support team.
