If I could give it no stars I would. I purchased 2 bottles and on each bottle cap was a sticker to text for a free bottle. In doing so it brought me to Amazon. I wrote a text, emailed and have called numerous times with no response and no free bottle. As far as if the product works I have no clue but there are many other products for thinning hair around to be spending my time with this company. Very very poor service. Don't waste your time and money. I also gave them my order numbers in correspondence. No Answers

They will not get back to you when you ask for a refund. Do not buy from them!

I purchased the hair gummies and the consistency was that of a jujube and not truly a gummie. I tried contacting Naychur to return their products over a dozen times by phones and approximately three emails and a direct message. I have never received a response back at all. It seems that they will take your money, but they don't stand behind their product or their 60-day money back guarantee. They continue to send advertising emails, but won't give me the courtesy of a response. I wish I had done more research before purchasing from this company. I will not recommend them to anyone. I like to spend money with companies of integrity and clearly that isn't Naychur. Please do your research before purchasing from them unless you want to be scammed like they did me.

This company will not refund your money. They LIE !!!!! The gummies are PURE CRAP. Taking that garbage will do nothing for you but give you a yeast infection because of all that biotin. This company making money off of desperate women. After asking for a refund I found they will not respond. This is criminal and for a company to behave this way is leading me to have this company investigated. I want to know more than ever WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY. To ignore dissatisfied customers is a RED FLAG THAT THEY ARE DISHONEST AND HAVE NO INTENTIONS ON HONORING THEIR ADVERTISED PRODUCTS. BUYERS BEWARE OF NAYCHUR.

Ordered ashwagandha from this company. Was promised free bottle for positive review on Amazon. I gave review, but also stated that they offer a free bottle for a positive review. Never received free bottle and when I tried (3 times) to reach out to them about this- no response.
