No mention of huge customs charges

No mention of huge customs charges. Customer service said they could tell me when the delivery is expected but got it wrong which also caused a big inconvenience.

Your order was above the UK threshold, which means import charges could apply upon arrival. The products were purchased from us without VAT, so local taxes and duties may be charged after import. We do understand that this may not have been clear enough, and we will discuss internally how we can inform our customers more clearly about possible import taxes and charges for deliveries outside Europe.

We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery estimate. We processed and shipped your order as quickly as possible, and the estimated delivery time we shared is normally met. We are sorry that this was not the case for your shipment.

Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden mit den bestellten Produkten 👍
Schnelle Lieferung und alles ist wirklich immer gut verpackt, sodass nie etwas beschädigt ankommt . Als Bonus gibt es auch zu jeder Bestellung ein paar Proben, diesmal eine Augenpflege u ein Enzympeeling 🤩

Het kwam goed!

Het duurde 2 weken voor mijn bestelling kwam, maar dat was niet erg. Ik kreeg een prima antwoord op mijn mail met de vraag waarom het zo lang duurde.
Uiteindelijk netjes de bestelling ontvangen met een monstertje van een ander product.
En de prijs was lager dan overal!
Tip: communiceer de levertijd beter.

So easy!

This is the first time that I have ordered from Beauty Fashion Shop. I wrote an email asking if there was a website in English and received a response right away. The ordering process was smooth and I received several notifications as to when delivery would be made. The products I ordered are not easily available in Europe so I was very happy to find them and then have the purchasing experience be so easy. Thank you Beauty Fashion Shop!
