I've bought a lot of jewellery from Beaverbrooks over the years, from earrings to Tag watches and everyone I've dealt with have been so friendly and helpful. Can't fault my experiences.

Extremely happy with the staff.
I was greeted by a female member of staff with a lovely smile who invited me to browse round & to ask her for any assistance. I found a suitable chain i liked. She sat me down and asked if i would like a cup of tea while she got the chain. Nothing was too much trouble and the chain was perfect. As I was viewing the product she made good conversation in a very friendly manner. I ended up buying the chain which had been reduced
I would definitely recommend the Birkenhead branch to everyone who was interested in buying beautiful jewelry.

I was looking for specific watch told the girl where it was, she just seemed to be doing a lot of faffing about and I was in a hurry shouldn’t have taken so long, had my watch all boxed and in a bag before showing me and didn’t let me know how long the warranty was

Excellent experience as always
I've been to Beaverbrooks twice, and every time I've always been treated with the utmost respect despite not spending an awful lot compared to some of the jewellery they have there.
The staff are always very kind, very helpful, they don't rush you and I've always felt welcome.
The two pieces of jewellery I've bought from there are my regular everyday wears and one that I bought about 5 years ago is still looking like new and still gets compliments.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for necklaces at this point.
