Good online experience. Free tracked/signed for delivery, that was very efficient. The packaging and product are superb.

The earrings themselves are gorgeous. My only complaint would be delivery. There wasn’t an option to have a separate delivery address from billing address, so I had to pay extra for special delivery to get them to arrive on time. They said it’s with DPD but it actually came with Royal Mail. Be aware.

There was a bit of an issue with delivery to my local post office, where I did not get the pick up code from DPD, but Jack from the customer service team helped me out immediately and it was all sorted. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and was well worth the wait. The only thing I can fault was being kept informed on the progress and an estimated delivery date. I may have missed the estimated delivery date when completing the purchase but couldn’t find anything.

The delivery timing was disappointing, as the “next day delivery” was not met, instead arriving in 2-3 days. However, the beautiful packaging and jewellery made up for it.

Nice quick and easy transaction and very fast delivery

The first ring i ordered was too big. It was my fault as my wife has arthritis and it needed to be an X to get over her kknuckle.They changed it for a smaller ring without any argument and this fitted perfectly on a different finger. I was very happy with their service.

I ordered two items of jewellery that, when received, just
did not equate to the jewellery that I hoped that I was buying which was based on the photographs that were on Diamond stores’ website.

I informed the company that the products did not match the photographs which had persuaded me to order the items.

The positive internet response and the help received from Victoria, a member of the Diamond Stores’ staff was absolutely first class and helped me to try again and to order two more products which I believe will match my expectations.
