I found all the staff to be professional and friendly. They organized that my purchase as it was not in stock that the would order it. The staff contacted me to say it had arrived and they would send on to me the next day. Purchase arrived well boxed the next afternoon. Very pleased.

The sales agent named Fatima is really good in providing some watches to pick on, but I have already seen the watch I need to buy, but Fatima found out that the watch I wanted is no longer available, so I need to change and seen one and I really love it. Tissot ladies watch. And also blue light card is good to have one for a discount at 10%. So happy for the watch I picked.

Visited the shop to get links taken off a watch.The lady who served me was very helpful.The links were taken off within 5 minutes.Quick, efficient,helpful and very good service.

Shopped in the Silverburn store and we were treated very well indeed. The young lady we dealt with took the time to really listen to what we looking for. Brought out a good selection of items for us to see. She even took the time to write a card to put into the gift bag for our friend. What a lovely touch. Would highly recommend the store and the staff within it.

I was in on Sunday and was welcomed by Harvinder she was very pleasant and polite I had to order the watch I was looking for and it delivered on Tuesday. Communication about the delivery was excellent.

We were met by Felicity - known as Fliss - the temporary supervisor - who was exceptional in the manner in which she conducted the sale. She was warm and friendly, polite and extremely professional. She was clearly well versed in all aspects of the jewellery business and nothing was too much trouble. We felt that we were the most important people in the store such was the attention she gave us. We were very impressed. We do commend her for the service she offered and trust that the senior managers of Beaverbrooks will reward her appropriately.

Great selection of jewellery, the bracelet I wanted was not in stock but it was ordered for me & arrived the following day. Excellent speedy service. The customer service received from Felicity was excellent, she was friendly & very attentive. A credit to your company.
