Friendly environment, clean store, very welcoming. Carol looked after us and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have shopped Beaverbrooks in the past when I lived in Manchester. The Grimsby outlet was just as good with knowledable friendly staff.
Great, unfortunately I had 2 faulty items,as they were under a year old the warranty covered them.
