You had in stock the watches I was interested in. They were shown to me by an assistant who was knowledgeable about the watches and gave me the information I required.
After making a purchase I found that I was unable to download the support manual but, after a telephone call, Katy not only located the manual but also download the information I needed.

The staff who attended to me was very helpful and so kind. Even though she's still new on her job, she dix reallywell.

Friendly professional and very helpful staff. I was looking for a gold bracelet for my daughter's birthday and the young lady who helped me was very engaging and showed me a range of jewelry. I wasn't rushed, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. A most pleasant shopping experience.

Well I walked in there all overwhelmed with diamonds know knowing my budget it anything. Charlotte came over and helped us and she was amazing listened to what I wanted and my budget and delivered thr most beautiful diamond rings. She really is an asset to the Manchester branch nothing was to much trouble for her.

Ordered some mini earrings for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and christening party …obviously as the name suggests they are quite small I was pretty much undecided till I seen them on the picture of the young girl model ..who was maybe 8 or 9 …and they looked ok so I bought on receiving them I really couldn’t believe how tiny they was ….totally unsuitable so I returned….and decided to actually walk into beaverbrooks and buy a different pair ….on mentioning the original earrings I bought the assistant advised me they really only for baby’s…I mentioned the picture of the model in the picture..and she seemed surprised they had a picture of a girl that age advertising baby’s earrings…so in short maybe a touch more honesty when advertising products..I don’t usually do reviews but just felt the need on this one as it did cause me a lot of inconvenience…I’ve been a customer of beaverbrooks for more time then I can remember..so it’s not just a review at a whim ..I will probably still shop there ..the staff are second to none and always more than helpful

Excellent customer service (special shout out to Lucy in the Manchester Arndale branch). I was made to feel comfortable, was offered a hot drink and wasn't under any pressure to buy. I felt I was given the time I needed to search and try on different watches and to consider my options before making a final decision. I was very happy with my shopping experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this store to my family and friends.

We received a lovely welcome on entering the store. Asked if we wanted a tea or coffee. Our assistant was super friendly and interested in our plans for my 70th birthday.
The earings were presented in a nice box then into a lovely gift bag.
