Very welcoming. Listened to what we wanted. Very friendly. Willow especially was very informative, personable and we had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by very cheerful staff and then given a special one to one service. We were guided to a quiet area of the showroom and shown our selected watch and another one which had similar characteristics. We were offered various options and once we made our choice, given a beautifully gift wrapped watch - the perfect experience!!! We will return.

The sales assistant made us feel very welcome in the jewellers. Pleasant and friendly. Even offered us a drink. Overall experience was very good.

I was not sure at first but the girl (Rea) was very helpfull and nice so i bought the ring anyhow just because of her kindness. I am regular customer and looking forward to shop again.

The service at Beaverbrooks is second to none. The minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you have there full attention.After being seated drinks are offered and the chat flows. Nothing is to much trouble. It’s a pleasure to shop here, I highly recommend

Cannot fault the staff here at all. This is the second time I have been in this particular store (the first time with my daughter who was purchasing) and the service was just the same as the first time - excellent. I was shown to a chair and offered a coffee, while the young lady brought me the watches I wanted to look at. There was no rushing or hurrying, I could take my time in making my mind up. When I had made my mind up, I needed some links removing and when I tried it on it still needed one removing. Nothing was any trouble. The packaging was great - not just put in a bag and given to you. If it was a present for someone, then you wouldn’t need to re-wrap it. I would definitely recommend Beaverbrooks.
