Beaverbrooks - Rushden Lakes Opiniões 

Grace made my visit worthwhile, very knowledgeable, kind and talkative.

Visited the Rushden Lakes store in August, due to having cancer treatment this past year my joints had swollen so could no longer wear my wedding ring, was there to choose another for my birthday 3 weeks away, I felt very emotional at the time and we confided our story to the female member of staff.. I found and fell in love with a ring.
Was told that because they didn’t stock the larger size I needed, delivery would be 2-3 weeks, which was around the time of my birthday, because of this we paid the 4 figure sum in full.
A few emails and a phone call over the next few weeks, I was told the ring would, in fact take 6 weeks. On the 7th week I emailed asking for an update on my ring?
Received a reply stating that because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to wait for the ring, the order was put on hold.. and if I still wanted the ring it would take another 6 weeks… at no time did I ever say I didn’t want to wait, nor give instruction to halt the order, and in fact the store still had my money!
I called the store and spoke to a young man who stated he was the Duty manager?
I was given 2 choices.. wait another 6 weeks (13 in total) or have a refund?
I took the refund and took my complaint further to their head office.. many emails back and forth of generic apologies and many excuses and a great lack of accountability .. I finally got an email stating my complaint had been taken seriously and that human error on their part resulted in me being misinformed and that it has been recognised my experience fell short of what I should have received.
It was also stated that they do not have duty manager roles within the store.. so why did the young man state he was the duty manager?
I was also informed in one email from head office that in fact, the type of ring I had chosen, actually takes 12 weeks .. this is to ensure the product is up to, in their words, astounded standards!
We have shopped at Rushden Lakes Beaverbrooks on many occasions over the years, sadly we will never be going back.
My advice would be that if you can buy from the store that day or with something that has a few days turn around then all will be good? If you need anything bespoke then just make sure the staff are experienced and know what the lead times are to avoid personal disappointment.
We visited the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, that supplies to many well known Jewellery shops and where the price point isn’t much different to the stores elsewhere?we spoke to experienced staff who were very knowledgable and helped me find a lovely ring, and for bespoke items their lead times are a lot shorter as it’s all made there in house.
It’s such a shame that I had to argue my case repeatedly to Beaverbrooks to get some kind of genuine acknowledgement of my extremely disappointing experience, In all from our first visit in August this has taken nearly 3 months, I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Bought a watch online from Beaverbrooks, arrived next day, I included my wrist measurement but the strap was too loose - that could easily have been my mistake. I took the watch to the store in Rushden Lakes to take links out, they were so friendly and professional and took their time to ensure it was perfect and that I was happy. It reminds me that although online is convenient, personal service elevates the experience

Pam was amazing explaining how the watch worked, she was patient with my husbands decision and not pushy as it was a lot of money to spend and he wanted to make the right decision. She was vey friendly and helpful, showing compassion with my husband who lost his mum recently. We felt as ease and because of Pam’s expertise my husband is very pleased with his watch. The watch is In memory of his late mum. Excellent service.

Ciara made the whole process special from start to finish. I had a specific watch in mind, she sourced, reserved it and let me know it was in store so I could collect it asap. I couldn’t fault her professionalism and expert knowledge. Will definitely be back 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a very good experience indeed. Proper customer service to be honest. I had seen the watch I wanted online but I wanted to see it and hold it first before going ahead. I had seen the watch cheaper with another seller, I asked about their price promise to match it, which they did when I showed them the same watch cheaper and available. So I went ahead and bought it. The sales lady even took some links out of the strap for me so it fitted me perfectly. Oh, I even got a cup of tea too!
Honestly, this was a great watch buying experience.

Excellent knowledge, excellent service. The only thing that was irritating, was that none of the jewellery was on view in the actual shop, it was all in the window display which made it impossible to browse without going outside.

From the moment I stepped inside the store, all staff were very friendly and professional.
I was served by Ciara who was fantastic. She took time to ask questions to fully understand what I wanted, and then showed me a number of options at different price points.

We were made to feel very special from the minute we entered the premises. We were offered a seat and a drink. They paid us plenty of attention and service. The watches were handled with great care and packaged lovely when we made our purchase. What a lovely shopping experience. Very unusual in this day and age.

Great customer service, can’t say to much as a birthday gift. Emailed Rushden branch to enquire a purchase not in stock, offered to go straight to manufacture and have item made, brilliant communication and understanding. Popped into Rushden store to sort out, no problem in transferring email questions to a different person who was absolutely fantastic. Well done Rushden Beaverbrookes first class service
