Dale Lancaster is brilliant. He throughly explained the process, is patient and non judgmental. I was too ashamed to discuss my situation at first but he gave me assurance that he and the company will help me sort out my debts in an affordable way. It’s such a breather!

Kind and understanding from the first phone call.
Jack was kind, understanding and caring about the situation I have gotten myself in to. He kindly sat down with me and went through everything with compassion. I needed to get my finances sorted
I needed to get my finances in order so I can not worry about paying my rent on time and my advisor Dale Lancaster was brilliant in helping me do this. Not only did he understand my predicament, he is very well trained to help people in the same situation.
