Wonderful, helpful and supportive
Wonderful, helpful team at Be Debt Free! All staff are very down to earth and never felt any guilt for explaining my circumstances. I first dealt with Olivia over WhatsApp who was very kind and helpful who put me in touch with Lewis Morgans. Lewis made me feel at ease throughout the whole time and gave me all the details I needed in order to find the best solution for me. I never felt rushed about making a decision and he was very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment phone call. I really appreciated the check ins before having my phone call to properly go through my with IVA and also that I know I can go back to him if I have any questions or concerns about it. Overall a great experience and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders by using Be Debt Free and particularly Lewis with all his knowledge and helpfulness! I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who’s struggling and needs the right support!

Great non judgemental service
Jodie Done is the lady who is helping me to manage my debts and she has been incredibly helpful, understanding and made me feel like it was my fault I got into this situation.
Ive never had to use a service like this before so was nervous and worried about what it would entail, but I have reassured at every point so far.

Going to be honest felt I was getting…
Going to be honest felt I was getting out of a hole at long last when speaking to Debt Free, however they paused all my payments and entered me into an IVA, which was not approved, I have now got more creditors knocking at my door than before because at least before payments were halted I was making payments albeit minimal

An IVA proposal can only proceed if it receives the required approval from creditors, and unfortunately this is not something that can be guaranteed. During the application process, creditors may be asked to place accounts on hold while a proposal is prepared and presented, but we understand how frustrating it can be when a proposal is ultimately not accepted.

Overwhelmed by debt??
I was getting so overwhelmed by debt. That I just buried my head. When I finally decided to face the debts head on, I ran into bedebtfree. They got back to me really quickly and I was soon assigned a debt advisor named Jodie.
Jodie really made me feel reassured and confident that she was going to help me bring this nightmare to an end. She explained everything really thoroughly. She carried on trying to contact me when I couldn’t answer the phone. She was consistent which is just what I needed to get me through. She talked me through all my options. She was also really friendly and reassuring at the same time. She did absolutely everything for me. All I had to do was answer a few questions. And I’m now on the way to being debt free.
Thank you so much be debt free and thank you to Jodie especially. She made what seemed like a really difficult step in to a walk in the park. Thanks again
