TEN STARS!! I'll start with the mattress itself: the Bedstory Secret Wood Extra Firm King has completely blown me away. I've slept on mattresses from the most respected names in the industry Sealy, Serta, and this mattress outperforms them all. Our previous Serta cost four times the price of the Bedstory, and it wasn't even close. The firmness is exactly what I needed, the texture is exceptional, and the overall build quality rivals anything I've ever experienced at any price point. This mattress is, without exaggeration, in a league of its own.
Now, let's talk about the customer service, because it deserves just as much praise.
In all my years of purchasing products online and in stores, I have never, not once, experienced customer service at this level. From the moment I reached out, the team responded immediately. As a matter of fact, I once called, and no agent was available. I didn't even leave a message, yet they called me back anyway, having seen my number come through. That says everything! Through calls and emails, they took the time to answer every question I had, helped me select the right mattress for my specific needs, and personalized the entire experience from start to finish. And they didn't stop there, their support continued even after my purchase was complete. This is the kind of company that restores your faith in what shopping should feel like.
If you're on the fence about the Bedstory Secret Wood, don't be. Just do it. You will absolutely not regret it. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made, and I cannot recommend this company and this mattress highly enough.

I bought a king medium plush mattress. Used it since December when I moved in my new house. I liked it at first but unfortunately I need a softer more plush mattress. Customer service was great. I had no problems with receiving a response. They tried several ways to help me receive the perfect mattress for my
needs. I would definitely recommend this company and these mattress’s. They are very nice, affordable and customer service is excellent

Amazing service. I contacted them as my pillow case zip had broken. I wanted to buy a replacement cover for it but they don’t unfortunately sell separate pillow cases. The person that emailed me was very professional and caring and offered me a free pillow as a gesture of goodwill. I didn’t expect that, I only wanted a replacement cover which I would have paid for. Thank you very much. Without delay the new pillow has already arrived. Please do a line of replacement covers though, you are letting yourself down as your pillows are the best x

I reached out to Customer Service, but I have not heard back. This is the second mattress topper I have ordered from Bedstory. The first one I ordered through Amazon and it was perfect, just as advertised (extra firm). This one is absolutely not as advertised . It was stated as "extra firm, " and it is not at all. I have no idea on how to return this as it is not very large and hard to ship.

I was lucky enough to win a pillow. They wrote me that they were out of stock and would I be okay with a mattress topper instead. Of course I said yes. It has brought an old mattress new life and we couldn’t be happier. The social media presence, to shipping and product is top notch. It came so nice packled, it was fun to watch it expand. Highly recommend this company.

We were having problems with the comforts of are bed they helped resolve this in minutes and over the weekend very impressed

Great Experience! Fast Delivery! The bed actually impressed me. I have severe spinal damage and for many years I slept at the 100 setting on a Sleep Number bed. I ended replacing the Sleep Number bed with an Extra Firm bed from Bed Story. I’m extremely happy with the sleep, the quality and the price! Highly recommend.

I had great difficulty with comfort on the firm mattress pad I bought to help with back pain. It was impossible to return it due to bulkiness once it was opened so they offered me a generous rebate to offset the cost which I never expected. Their response time was excellent and the agent very understanding and respectful.
If I have any further weddings needs, I would definitely consider them?

As of this moment I haven't purchased a mattress from bedstory yet but I did contact their customer service for help and direction for what mattress is best suited for me.

I initially had an issue with my mattress and reached out a few times, but the company followed up and resolved everything quickly. They were professional and supportive throughout the process and even provided a partial refund. Overall, I’m very happy with their customer service.

Unfortunately we could not get comfortable with the bed. We were slightly outside the return window because this was bought for our winter vacation home and we were not here to arrange a return. Even still BedStory made things right by providing a full refund.

They helped me so much with a problem I had with a pillow . they went out of there way to help any way they could to find a solution. they must have five stars from me.

I purchased a BedStory king size mattress through a third party platform. After using the mattress for 6months, I emailed BedStory customer service about the back pain I was still experiencing. Within a matter of a few days the issue was resolved, and I received a discount to put towards an excellent bed topper. Customer service was kind, thoughtful, and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. Its too early to tell, but I think their suggestion about the bed topper was a good one. Thanks to the Bed Story staff involved with this matter.

We reached out to them in regards to a mattress we had just purchased. They responded very quickly. We were very impressed.

I ordered a mattress from BedStory and while the mattress itself was fine, the firmness level wasn't what I needed for my back issues. As to the mattress itself, it was well made, it expanded fully, and without any chemical smells. The quality was very good and if the mattress was a higher firmness level, it would be great.

I gave it a few weeks and the mattress was just too soft so I contacted them for either a refund or exchange. They didn't have an ultra-firm option so we chose to return the mattress.

The return process was simple, we received the refund quickly, and the return process is just a phone call and someone picking up the mattress.

Overall, the customer service was great and I just wished they made a firmer version of their mattresses.
