Good old-fashioned customer service. Highly impressed. Had an issue, they listened, and resolved it. Highly recommend them.

The mattress top I ordered turned out to be too firm, but their customer service team worked with me to make sure I was happy.

I sent an email requesting partial refund since there was a price drop within 2 days of placing an order. The difference in price was $54, however, only asked for $27 price difference.
Response to email was quick however I was advised only $10 would be credited back to me until they confirmed price difference. Never received another response and still have not received any $10 credit. 😳

I had an issue with my mattress. I sent an email hoping to hear within a couple of days. I received an email the next morning Cora could not be more helpful with my issue. We came up with a couple of solutions that we are working through, but I am 100% satisfied with the customer service that you have provided me thank you and have a great day Thomas Hallinan.

The BetStory used irresponsible Canadian shipper Canpar Express ( Tey were holding a parcel in warehouse for 6 days. There was 26 km delivery distance ) They delivered parcel to my home 5 hours after BedStory Support Team intervention. Amazing! Thank you.

The delivery of the bed was a disaster but that is a FedEx issue. Beware! Once the mattress arrived, we unpacked it and let it sit for two nights, three days. If you are looking for a truly firm mattress, that feels like sleeping on a cloud, this is the one! I've only slept on it two nights but I've had the best sleeps I've had in years. Best part? No back aches in the morning! Only problem is it's so easy to stay in bed!

I bought a firm mattress topper little a month ago. For the first couple of weeks one word. Great. Nice and firm. After a couple of weeks the topper started to break down. I can no longer sleep on the cheap junk. Yes price was really good. Now I know why. I've sent in a complaint asking for a return and refund. No response !

Definitely five star experience. It’s my first time buying a mattress topper and I didn’t know that it would expand so I thought they mailed the wrong size. The support team was super patient throughout the period and replied promptly so definitely gonna recommend to friends.

BedStory was true to their word. We purchased a firm king size mattress pad. After four months it developed divots where the foam would not spring back. This made it very difficult for us to move around and get out of bed. Despite rotating the pad every couple of weeks. It just kept getting worse. BedStory refunded our money. They promised 100% satisfaction and kept their word.

Excellent! The website was extremely easy to navigate and forthcoming with the information I needed. The mattress is affordable and amazing. It’s also a beautiful mattress. Customer service was prompt and kind. Definitely recommend.

We had situation that I would consider to be a total nuisance for Bed Story and they were extremely compassionate about the situation and were able to support me throughout with thoughtful care and follow-ups. 10/10!!!!!

I placed order and mistakenly ordered wrong size mattress (my fault). I contacted BedStory and they responded immediately. Had the order cancelled during shipping and refunded me the cost within a day or two. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service and how smooth the process was. Looking forward to ordering the CORRECT size mattress from this company.

Firmness is awesome.

Conscienscious and fair resolution of unexpected issue with the topper that proved unsuitable for my use. Topper is very well made, but much too firm for a side-sleeper like me - to work, it would have to be placed on a very soft, even broken mattress that would provide sufficient "give" when putting the weight of hips on it. Unfortunateley didn't work for me, but probably would work very well for back-sleepers. Quality excellent; price comparatively very reasonable.

This company is top notch service and quality. Their mattress, or at least the one we bought, is exactly what we were looking for, Firm yet comfortable. Their customer service are 10+ If I can give them 10 stars, I would. Just incredible trustworthy, and easy to work with company & team.
