Best Present Ever!

Got the ear rings and necklace for my wife as a Christmas gift, she was so moved on being a part of saving the Bees! She wears the jewelry almost everyday and receives compliments on how cute they are! She always expresses that she feels so good about what the jewelry represents!

Bee Mission is a falure, poor bees.

I already wrote one. Since then I have been sent over 50 emails offering more chance to sell me. They have never responded to several cancelations, their 'tickets' they make you fill out for contact. The don't contact anyone. I got a message recently that it would be delayed. I wrote another 'ticket' it's been taken off my credit card. Don't send it. You won't be surprised. They delivered it. Canceled right after it messed up, six hours later, couple calls, several emails. Scam

After they read the review. The Bee mission is giving false information. Not surprising, they should read other reviews.
14 emails, several cancellations, and 2 emails apologizing for a delay? For a canceled order?
Ridiculous banter.
It should take a minute to process an order correctly. They would rather spend time with the unneeded stupid unprofessional responses.
They love trying to upset buyers. Look at there answer alone. Long, wrong and stupid.
Like I didn't let everyone know in the bed industry? Obviously they don't want to make money for the bees. Just torture customers, to loose future business.

We received (11:52p) and fulfilled (06:23a) your order within a 6 hour window, and you agreed during checkout your order could not be cancelled or modified due to our quick fulfillment times. You order was confirmed as delivered. After receiving your merchandise you attempted to have the charges reversed. The only scammer here is you.
We are not a massive conglomerate. We offer support M-F, 8a-5p, via ticket submission on our support portal. When you submit multiple tickets, you push yourself to the end of the line with each new ticket. We do not offer phone support at this time.
There is a level of human decency you lack, as is evidence with the abusive nature with which you treated our support staff. They are honest, hard working people, and do not deserve to be treated poorly, especially when we fulfilled all obligations as a company to you, including the policies you agreed to during checkout. You took the time to enter a separate shipping address, and your items were delivered. You're still welcome to return your items for a refund.

Get this; some dude who lives in POLAND who represents Bee Mission straight up accused me of being a criminal dropshipper to warrant censoring my review, “copycat dropshipper” to be exact. Your reviews have been accusatory, not honest (I acknowledge you may believe what you say, but that doesn;t make the content real), and posted under a false name: "Tomasz Zawadzki". Interesting you accuse us of being dropshippers, and use a Polish name to post your reviews despite being a Canadian gentleman with an Angle name.

NO ONE with BeeMission resides in or works from Poland. Trust Pilot only censors reviews if the reasons are legitimate. We deal with multiple dropshippers and have their sites taken down regularly, through legal means. Our images and listing copy are frequently misappropriated.

Your order was placed on November 28, and shipped on December 3, and appears to have been lost in transit on December 15. The order has been refunded.

You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I made a purchase for a gift of the…

I made a purchase for a gift of the rose gold necklace with shipment to Serbia and the mail was lost first time around, but I paid for the insurance shipping. When I contacted and talked to Natalie in the ticket support she made it easy as soon as she saw the tracking stopped for 2 weeks she shipped to me a replacement and it just arrived this week. Good interaction.

I ordered in October 2019 NOT RECEIVED

I ordered in October, hoping I would get it by Halloween! I ordered one of their Boobees shirt in mustard and a set of earrings and a necklace. Almost $90. Theres no phone number to call and they continue to send me surveys on the products I DIDN'T RECEIVE! The ONLY response I've received back from them was to WAIT. I've called the Post Office as well as UPS and NOTHING. They did tell me that it was a foreign order number. I'm NOT happy and will call the Better Business Bureau to report. Unfortunately I looked at the reviews on BBB after I ordered.

I have looked up your order.

What appears to have happened here is that you entered your State as "New Caledonia" (I've confirmed this on the order confirmation email you received at the time you placed your order).

Your order shipped as 2 separate shipments (one for the jewelry, one for the shirt).

BOTH stopped tracking after being turned over to USPS (you chose the economy shipping). USPS elected to categorize your packages as un-deliverable, rather than return them to us, which would have triggered us reaching out to you.

I have sent you a personal message through Trust Pilot, requesting you send us the correct shipping address. I'll send our free replacements to you once received.

We are a small company, and do not offer phone support, but we do have a support portal where you can submit a ticket and receive a personalized response.

Please check the personal message I sent via Trust Pilot, and I'll get the replacements scheduled for you.

I don't ever write reviews but I felt it necessary this time.

I placed an order for a necklace on November 20th. I realized immediately after processing my payment that I had erroneously used my work credit card instead of my personal.

I reached out to the Bee Mission help desk within 5 minutes of placing the order. I requested that they cancel the order and reverse the charge so that I could put it through on the correct card.

I received a reply the next day stating that "[they] are unable to cancel the order once it is confirmed." That same day, I received confirmation that my order was en route.

The UPS tracking number I received indicated that the package sat in the Bee Mission warehouse for 4 days before it was even picked up. I requested multiple times during this period that it be cancelled. It's completely ludicrous for them to suggest that they were unable to pull the order at some point during this time frame.

I should also mention that the majority of the correspondence I received from their customer service team arrived at ~1AM EST.

Naturally, I was told I couldn't refuse the shipment. I would have to ship it on my own dime to a North Carolina facility in order to (maybe?) secure a refund. This alone would cost me half of what I paid for the necklace.

This whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth but at least I've learned a valuable lesson about interacting with scammy companies via Facebook ads. My recommendation—trust your gut, as I should have.

Offering you an opportunity to pay with the correct payment method, and have the original payment method refunded seemed like a fair resolution to us.

We store and fulfill our products with professional third party facilities that processes thousands of orders per day for many online retailers. All these folks do is process thousands of shipments every day, making it highly impractical to stop fulfillment of a single package, they don't do it.

Since we rarely receive cancellation or modification requests, we believe customers appreciate short shipping times and we link directly to the fulfillment warehouses via API. Orders enter a fulfillment queue within moments of the order being placed, and while they may not be "shipped" immediately, they are in a stage of "fulfillment" within moments of the order being completed.

Our offer to have you pay with the correct payment method and refund the original would have accomplished your goal, and not required a cancellation, which is a reasonable solution.

We are a small company, and do our best to respond to support requests on the same business day, M-F. As you kindly noted in your review, we have extra support agents working in the wee hours to keep up with the higher volume during the holidays.

We're sorry we were not able to provide a better support experience. We genuinely appreciate all of our customers, and try to meet the unique needs of all customers when we're able to do so. You are more than welcome to return your order for a prompt refund.
