After posting the review I got an immediate reply from Belfans ( funny how a little negative review works) They sent me 2 new fans that are in worse shape than the first ones , they we’re wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into small bag. Interesting to see what their next move will be

I have tried to return it as it doesnt work for us and NO reply to emails and NO reply on the phone!!

Invisible customer service
I ordered two fans, one works, the other does not. I emailed over a week ago to customer service, no response, very poor.

A few years ago I bought a Belfans fan …
A few years ago I bought a Belfans fan and it was absolutely brilliant used it ever since . A month or two ago we sent off for another one. It’s taken a month or so to arrive and it doesn’t work. I’ve sent an email explaining what’s happened, haven’t heard anything as yet. Watch this space I have just heard from Belfans and they have been fantastic in putting it right .thank you

Belfans changed our backyard experience. We no longer have bugs flying around when we eat. Its a great product that I highly recommend!

Arrived On Time and Work Great
We suffered from bugs and mosquitoes, which made it hard for our family to eat outdoors. I ordered Belfans. They arrived on time, and work great. Made our outdoor living enjoyable again!

This fan only spins well when held…
This fan only spins well when held upside down. We have tried several tables and fan will only spin slowly about two turns then stops. We are unable to use it.

Ridiculously long time to wait
Ridiculously long time to wait. In fact I still haven’t had them and when I chased them up I was informed they are being shipped from outside the country (despite the address being in London). Why they don’t say give it a month, I do don’t know.
Their reply is talking rubbish. They have now arrived, ordered 2. Horrific quality and one is broken on arrival. Avoid

Great product!
Living in the suburbs, there are always so many bugs around when we try to eat outside! Belfans keeps the bugs away perfectly, and now my family can finally enjoy our backyard. It also arrived in a timely manner after ordering. Overall, 5/5 recommend.
