Belfans are excellent
Belfans are excellent. Made our family outdoor dining experience 10x better without flies and other intruders.
I ordered some for my friends too and they were all pretty pleased.

This fly and bee fan worked perfectly
This fly and bee fan worked perfectly. I had it outside on the patio while having a lunch for Mother’s Day and in a very buggy area we felt nothing! It is awesome. It also arrived on time and had great customer service.

Not only was the fan great
Not only was the fan great - it really keeps flys away - but the consumer experience was excellent. For the first time in years, my family and I can eat outside without bugs coming near our food or us. It makes outdoor dining a great experience. Great product!!

Set it on our outdoor table a few times now and it’s held up well. It works, those light‑reflecting stripes really seem to spook the flies.

Great product!
I ordered a bunch of these for my son's graduation party. They were delivered as promised and worked perfectly! They looked great on the tables and kept the flies away from the food! Highly Recommend!

Zach, sorry to hear of your frustration. Our delivery terms clearly state that delivery takes 5-12 business days. You ordered on May 2nd (not 2 eeks ago. It's 8 days ago and only 5 business days ago. Your fan will be delivere3d as promised within the time we committed to.

Lynne, sorry you are frustrated. Our delivery promise on our website states that fans will be delivered with 5-12 Business days. You ordered 7 business days ago. We will, as always, deliver within the time frame we promise.
As you know, unwarranted bad reviews really hurt small businesses and it would have been better and kinder to contact customer service. Thank you.
Children’s Crocs not Belfans????
Order x4 Belfans online shipping reference YT2512221272132615 and the goods never arrived.
Contacted customer service to explain a parcel had arrived with a YT tracking number but different number prefix than stated above? in the box was a pair of children’s Croc shoes which I haven’t ordered? No response from the email I sent to customer service so I assume I’ll need to contact my bank to initiate a charge back
Can some please explain what’s happened or at the very least contact me.

We think the fan will be great. The box says you can put 2 batteries in the fan (not included) but since the one we ordered is rechargeable, there is only an empty plastic spot where the batteries would go. This was somewhat confusing and there is no way to ask anyone about this.

Long time to arrive
I keep receiving emails and more discounts to buy the products for less, yet I have not received my order. Possibly a scam.
UPDATE: I finally received my bug repellents. The packaging was damaged. One bug repellent blades stick out, and may be damaged. The other blades rest perpendicular when at rest. I put batteries in, and they do appear to spin. Will test them out soon when we eat al fresco. I wish the company would warn you that shipping would take a few weeks, and while you are waiting, they would not spam you with emails promising an even lower price and urging you to review a product that you have yet to receive. That felt scammy.

The unit works but shoddy cheap item.
The unit works but there is no battery capacity so I can only plug in to charge. This is not as advertised.
There is also something rattling around inside. It’s a cheap rip off product. I’ve done everything I can to get hold of Belfans but they are ignoring me. Throughly suspect they are a drop ship scam company from China pretending to be from the USA. They’ve ignored all my comms.
I would avoid them if you can. Look at the original Australian product not this scammy cheap and nasty rip off.
Gets two stars as the unit works but it’s not worth the money and tough luck if you’re like me and there’s a problem as they ignore you on the customer services email address.
Shoddy.
***Update post reply. I note that your customer services communications are completed by AI interface as was shown by the message inadvertently left at the top of the email reply to me. Further evidence perhaps that you are not a US company but one that is masquerading as one. I hope my replacement unit is here quickly and without issues. ****

To clarify, the unit you received is our rechargeable version, which is powered via USB and not intended for use with AA batteries. We understand this may not have been clear at the time of purchase, and we are working to make the distinction between models more obvious in the future.
The rattling sound you mentioned is unexpected, and we agree this shouldn’t happen. We’d like to resolve this for you properly.
