Delivered promptly and well packaged. Bizarrely, someone else’s delivery came with mine although in a separate box and the address was totally different. Think this was more an issue for the delivery company than the fault of BBB though. 🤷♀️

First experience
The webpage was easy to use and the beers were packed nice and well, no chance for breaking. The address was not accurate though, I had to call the delivery company to give my exact location.

For some reason it doesn't appear on the shipping label even though I add it on the document.

Well packaged! The transportation companies had damaged the outer packaging, but all of the bottles were intact. Good job!

Ordering was easy, I was contacted via email at each stage and, given the delivery was from Belgium to the north of the UK, delivery was quick (4-5 days). The items were well packaged and none were damaged. I will be ordering from them again.

What a nice friendly place to get your Belgian Beer needs, it's nice to have that personal and warm touch even if it's in a brief email, everything arrives in amazingly good time considering the EU and UK feet stamping, nothing has arrived late, lost, and is always wrapped perfectly and of course enjoyed fully :)
