Excellent service from Belgium to U.K. with good prices. The courier (Royal Mail at this end) not always the best - I’ve had a breakage before now - but Belgian Beer Bank sorted it out quickly.

The whole experience was very easy and the goods arrived quickly. My only comment would be I would not have ordered glasses as the volume/weight allowance for them meant I could have ordered a further 10 bottles for the weight allowance.

I got a summer discount code from a newsletter and used it some weeks ago. Everything went smoothly. Only the shipping took a little longer than I had expected. Nothing besides that to complain about.

Easy and reliable way to order beverages online. Staff was very friendly and informative when there occurred a situation that few of the products I ordered were out of stock. As an improvement for the website I'd wish there would be possibility to add the beer to your cart and see a short preview of the beer when you hover your mouse over the small picture of the beer.

The courier they use in Finland is not the easiest company to deal with, but I have always received my orders and it's understandable that they have to balance with the quality and price of the delivery.
