Trading as Belgravia Grace when l made the big mistake of purchasing a dress from them that l saw in a Facebook advertisement.
It took several weeks to arrive, did not match the colours of my order, was basically a complete and utter joke in the incredibly POOR QUALITY of both the material and its cut.
I have now emailed 6 times and they will not send me a return good address.

STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to throw your money away!

I would give ZERO stars if that were possible!

This company is terrible… it’s so sad that there are people around like this… I have sent my very poor dress back to China costing me £26 (the quality was terrible)! so they now owe me over £100 !!!!! Said they would refund 2 months ago but still nothing!!!! I have e mailed so many times to a girl called Vivienne Ashbury but nothing!!!!
My faith in human nature is at a low!

Complete scam, material and clothes were crap, returned to china at great cost and still waiting refund. Going to report them through banking system now.

Sadly I also have had the same experience, very cheaply made dresses 100% polyester, not as described shown on their advert, which I saw on FB. Ordered in June 2025. Has anyone managed to get a refund, I too was only offered 10% refund. Every email address I now try to communicate with the company now bounces back. Anyone had any luck with a refund?

Like all the other reviews I have been scammed by this company. I bought a dress and when it arrived,having taken four weeks, it was nothing like the description or picture. I too was offered a 10% refund and to keep the dress. When I refused this was increased to 25%.I refused this and it was increased to 50%. At no point was I given the return address. I decided to accept the 50% refund. I have now exchanged approx 20 emails. They say they have sent it and the problem lies with my bank! This is not the case. They just haven’t sent anything. I just don’t know how they are allowed to get away with this. I did do a check at the post office as to how much it would have cost to post back to china ( no known address) and tracked and it would have been £22. Please keep well away from this company. They are now trading with two different names that I have seen and probably more! Selby & Rose and Harper-London. Keep away at all counts

Unfortunately I also must reiterate the numerous negative comments regarding this company. I bought a dress from them but the fabric was not as described, the garment was ill fitting and see through! The website boasts a hassle free’ returns process. This is completely untrue. I emailed the company requesting a return but was instead offered a discount, I declined, I was then offered a further discount. Again I declined as I cannot wear this dress ( I don’t think anyone else I know could either!) I was then provided with a return address in China with the postage having to be paid by me. This is a scam Company, don’t buy anything from them!!!

I fell for the same scam as everyone else has described.
I got in touch with my credit card company who have now resolved the matter for me. I had to return the dress which cost me £22 postage tracked & signed.But I didn’t care. I did not want them to have one penny of my money.
My credit card company have refunded cost of dress.
I can only encourage you to do the same.

This company is a total scam! I have reported them to Facebook admin but now as advertising under another name!! Items that arrived after several weeks NOTHING like in any way what is advertised wrong colurs and cheap nylon material! Tried to no avail returning and getting refund. Now left it with my bank to freeze the payment and dispute it! PLEASE PLEASE BUT NOTHING FROM THEM ! They will be advertising under different names

My partner has bought a dress through this scam company and her experience is the same dreadful experience mentioned in all of other comments. Belgravia Clothes Ltd is not a UK registered company listed at Companies House so the whole thing is a scam. Reporting them to Trading Standards.

Like many others, I deeply regret not reading reviews before purchasing from this company. I ordered three dresses, totaling over £140 with a discount, based on images that depicted high-quality satin garments. What I received was fundamentally different and a complete misrepresentation.
The issues began with shipping. The dresses arrived in separate packages directly from China, with an incomprehensible tracking system. They took weeks to be delivered, which was the first indication of problems.
Upon arrival, the dresses themselves were appalling. The material was cheap, thin, and lacked any inner lining. The workmanship was shoddy, with ugly finishing details like cheap ruched elastic. They bore absolutely no resemblance to the advertised photos, instead looking like low-quality items from a certain Chinese online fast-fashion company that has recently been in the news for its dubious practices.
The return process has been an absolute nightmare, characterised by significant resistance from customer service. They eventually provided a return address that was also in China, making the entire process unjustifiably difficult and expensive.
This company is a scam, engaging in blatant false advertising. I have reported them to Trading Standards and strongly urge anyone else who has been defrauded to do the same to prevent further exploitation.

The quality of the dress was dreadful.The cut and style was shocking. 100 % polyester- don’t go near a naked flame !
I would never buy from this company (so called) again. Keep your money and shop elsewhere where quality matters.

Don’t bother and keep your money

I have had the misfortune of buying a dress and top from this company. It’s nylon material rather than cotton and poorly made. Sent them an email asking them for return address and all I am getting is an 10% discount as they are now citing carbon footprint ( meaning return address will be in China ) So frustrating !!

Complete scam. Don't buy. Chinese company. Overcharging for cheap clothes and if faulty expect you to pay shipping costs to return to China. Avoid at all costs.

Another scam! Stay well away. Took a long time before dress arrived. Then when it did it was so different to how the material appears in the picture. The picture looks like it’s a cotton dress and it was actually a disgusting nylon. When I looked up how to return it turns out the cost of the return is almost the price of the dress. Glad I just ordered one. I didn’t realise it was coming from China. Belgravia London sounded like it’s a local boutique. I got caught out just like they intend you to do. The dress is going straight into the bin. A lesson learned. I saw this advertisement in instagram. Never buying through an instagram advertisement again.

Paid £50 for a dress incorrectly advertised. Found it on Shein for £10.

Response should be a zero star but that isn’t an option.
I wish I had checked on here before ordering. The item is nothing like described and the customer service when trying to get my money back is terrible, you have to return it to China which costs nearly as much as the dress. When I chased my order as it had not been received I was told it was delayed due to the mayday bank holiday, only to find it’s shipped from China where I don’t believe they have a Mayday bank holiday.
Do NOT order anything you will regret it and waste your time trying to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The quality is shocking....cheap polyester fabric. The items bought can be returned by at a high price. The returns policy is ridiculous. I am so annoyed I fell for the scam believing I was buying a good quality product. Read the reviews. We all tell the same story.

A new page is set up selling the same Chinese rubbish that cannot be returned for a refund. They are very professional looking sites and respond to your questions in good time. They lure you in but if it looks too good to be true….. it is.

If you have been caught screenshot all descriptions and web pages. Go to credit card company and raise a claim as what you receive is nothing like the description given. The dress I received was polyester described as organic linen ( which they now omit from the description)
Please report report report to bring down these scammers.
