I used them for good few years
I used them for good few years. Good and Bad days. Molly is person to avoid as incompetency and level of customer service is belliw any standards. Gentlemans there usually helpful and polite. Unfortunatelly despite some good experiences Molly ruined picture and i can describe it as average british . so only two stars.

“I’ve been a loyal customer of Bell Insurance Brokers for four years, but recently I was disappointed with their service. They couldn’t match the price offered by competitors, and when I asked about my no-claim discount, they asked me to pay an additional £25. This was quite frustrating and disappointing after being with them for so long.”

As advised it was your insurance company who charged £25.00 for changing to a vehicle which was 5 years newer and over £20,000 more than your previous vehicle value. We advised you of the charge which is quite normal for a insurance company to make charges for different vehicles. No admin fee was charged by Bell Insurance for this change. With regards to your renewal premium unfortunately due to your overall claims history we were unable to offer you a competitive quotation this year.
