in the 6 months i’ve been with Hughes…
in the 6 months i’ve been with Hughes Insurance, I have not been able to log in to my online portal to check anything. correct email address and everything but will not accept my email and says there is no account connected. however i’m able to receive emails from Hughes Insurance asking me to review their services that i’m not receiving. and i bet i’ll be thanked, in an email, for leaving this review. it’s also impossible to find any help online unless you ring them, and as someone who works during the day, i do not have time to sit on the phone for ages.

The policy Hughes found me was the most comprehensive & reasonably priced I could find. I used a cashback site which directed me to Hughes website where I had to provide additional information. My only complaint was that having done that several times (& finding myself back to the cashback site & unable to complete my purchase), I had no choice but to phone the Broker & go through the whole process in detail again before eventually buying. However, I have to say, the young man who dealt with my purchase was very pleasant & friendly, therefore I ultimately was happy to have purchased my policy with them.
