This merchant works with PayPal. Open ordering item, the selected box said my current address, which I choose. After completing payment and purchase details were sent to me, I found that the item was being shipped to an address I haven't lived at in years. Not even sure how that popped up because it's not saved anywhere. Was told to dispute it with PayPal, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will be reporting PayPal and this merchant to the BBB

Ordered a wooden book rest was supposed to be real finished wood came as pressed wood not finished very bad quality. Paid 50 dollars for garbage and it arrived 3 weeks late. Its all a scam

Le pongo tres estrellas porque el problema que tuve es que no recibí confirmación del pedido, así que hasta que no llegó no pude confirmar que era lo que quería. Belovedgift se comunicó conmigo a través de paypal porque puse reclamación. Después de 19 días , recibí el pedido y era correcto.

Absolutely crap. Not at all what I ordered, supposedly American Oak, hand finished and engraved! Came as Cheap pine and stickers for the name! Took 2 months for delivery! I think I only got this because I asked for a refund!!!
Stay away!

This company is horrible! Do not use them. The product I received is nothing like it was advertised. I overpaid for this cheap piece of crap!!! Wish I wouldve read the reviews before I ordered.

The tealight candle holder would have been a beautiful present for someone very special . But unfortunately it hasn’t arrived and was ordered well in time . Try to get in touch with them no reply . But quick enough to take my money . This is the only company that as let me down . Won’t be using them again

Paid over £50 for a cheap piece of plastic with poor quality pictures on it. Nothing like the image when i was customising it and is a complete different product. DO NOT use this company i bought it as a Christmas present and could have used the money for something better!

Først tog det 3 uger om at ankomme. Ved ankomst var produktet i stykker og virkede ikke. Desuden er kvaliteten slet ikke som det man ser i deres annoncer. Ved kontakt til forhandleren vil de gerne erstatte varen hvis jeg betalte for forsendelsen. Det afviser jeg og forhandleren accepterer at sende en ny som erstatning og uden omkostninger. Her 2 uger senere er varen endnu ikke lavet og derfor ikke afsendt i nu.

Første og sidste gang jeg handler der. Mit råd er, hold jer væk..

Item received was NOT what was ordered. Tried to resolve this and company will not refund my money nor issue a correct item. Do not order anything from this company!!! They are not worthy of 1 star! Buyer beware!!!

Don’t buy from this company, I bought and it took 2 weeks to come, I wasn’t home when it was delivered and the delivery person left an email saying it was delivered and in a safe place. It’s not here I’ve taken it through PayPal to resolve it, the company have put it back on me to go to the post office to resolve it, which post office. Will never buy from this company again and by the look of the reviews nobody should

the purchase did not leave what we ordered and that it came with us and that we want to exchange it and they don't want to take it back and exchange it with money

Item was damaged when delivered and they wouldn’t return the item for a refund 0/10
Item was refunded after 7 days once they received a legal letter

After my order the wrong product arrived. I tried to explain this to them but they kept getting confused. Eventually they denied this. Looking t all the comments it is a regular occurrence.

Absolutely disgusting company. They advertise that they engraving beloved pet portraits on urn necklace pendants. In advert looks beautiful but in reality Absolutely disgusting. I have received item which nothing looks like they advertised. They do not want give back money as well. Please people do not believe them and don't waste time and money. You will be hurt more after loosing your beautiful pet. Heartbreaking. I have photos as evidence if you want to see.

Een scam, schandalig je besteld via ponngi, je komt bij deze uit, komt uit china , vragen 21 euro om vlug te verzenden, ( 3 tot 5 dagen geleverd) , 14 dagen later stuur je een mail krijg je bericht dat het net verzonden is , 2 weken later kijk je weer is het terug naar hun omdat het adres niet zou kloppen, onzin natuurlijk en vragen ze nogmaals 15 euros om terug te verzenden. Zowel ponngi als belovedgifts een dikke scam , zou dringend moeten aangepakt worden 70 euros kwijt.
