Terrible operation
I placed an order and waited over two months without receiving any updates. During that time, I contacted customer support several times and never got a response.
Only after more than two months did they finally tell me that one of the items was actually out of stock because of an inventory mistake on their end. So they canceled my order.
To be fair, they did process a full refund. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, poor inventory management, and the amount of time I wasted made this a frustrating experience.
Btw, I didn't get any compensation!
