I placed my order on the 21st February and today 6th March I still haven't received my order. I contacted Bench via email and I told them that Evri had apparently attempted to deliver me once then I received 2 parcels from Evri on 2 separate occasions but I still haven't received my parcel. On Evri site it says that the parcel is on the way back to sender. I cannot contact Evri to ask them to leave it a collection point and Bench doesn't seem to do anything about it. I asked Bench to send it to a collection point because it seems that on this occasion Evri failed to follow their own policy of attempting to deliver on 3 occasions. I haven't been updated regarding my order and they didn't offer any solution. It is unacceptable to be treated like that! I received and email asking me to give feedback about the items but I haven't received them so I wouldn't know. I will soon contact the ombudsman and escalate the issue. The situation is unacceptable and the only way of communicating with Bench is via email and as I mentioned I cannot contact Evri. I do not trust Bench. Update: today, 27th March, I contacted them again because they didn't get in touch with me and they told me that my order has been damaged in transit and they will refund me. I find their trading standards very low. It is not acceptable to wait for an order for over a month and only when you enquire about it to get a refund ( it's been 34 days). It is not fair because the items were presents for my daughter and my family and it makes me look like a liar after I told them that I bought hoodies for them! At a certain point I worried that I have been scammed because there was this lack of response from them!

Ordered two separate items , recieved one , never recieved other ( men’s item ) no explanation, no contact, NO customer service , no interest in customers at-all , People run for the hills & shop elsewhere don’t waist your monies

Disappointing. I buy brands such as Adidas & Nike and XL tee & polo shirts fit me great. Other brands made in far east tend to be smaller, so I purchased XXL Bench tee shirts, a little concerned they may be too big, however, they are smaller than the XL from the other brands. In fact, even though I am an official XL, the Bench XXL are too tight on me and are definitely not a typical XXL size. They are a small XL size. So once again, no quality assurance concerning what size XXL should be.

Refund received – still no glimmer of an apology.

Final fun fact
According to Evri’s online Tracking system my parcel is still on its way back to the retailer.

Buy with caution!

Trying to return items is very difficult. No customer service contact from emails or social media

I got a pair of joggers and the quality exceeded my expectations. It's soft and has a really nice fit. I can't wait to order more.

Wrong size , keep s defaulting to small !!! Weird

I order a product with express delivery. It failed to arrive. I emailed customer support several times requesting a cancellation, nothing.

I then received an email telling me my product was on it's way (despite me now being out of the country). When I emailed again explaining I had requested (several times) for the order to be cancelled, it was told its too late...oh and I can't have the express postage refunded either.....
Never shopping here again.

Coat was extremely small sized and had to return, had to pay delivery AND then to return!! If I knew this I would never had used this company!

It all came pretty quick the only thing I could fault was I got small boxers when I wanted large otherwise faultless.

Delivery was fast.quality was great and the fit is great.I’ve ordered another in navy thanks 100%

Nearly 5 stars due to only finding out that there was an out of stock when delivered and already being refunded, loss of one star due to lack of communication.
