Bought 10 pack of bench t-shirts. £5 a piece of value. And the t-shirts are great. They fit well, don't shrink, fade or lose shape in the wash. Recently bought a second 10 pack to go on holiday with.

I quite like their stuff, but only ever buy if it’s reduced. What really let’s them down is poor quality of stitching. I’ve just bought 3 prs of shorts, all of which have very poor sewing machine work. I could literally do better. I guess they’re using sweat-shops, so can’t blame the underpaid, overworked, machinists. Do better bench….pay a reasonable wage for better job, at the expense of your hefty profit margins

Bought the men’s t shirts in the sale and they are a great fit and they are a good quality item.
Washed them a couple of times and no problems with the shape.

Great price nice T-shirts…just need a summer now

Bought some stretch denim size 12 ladies shorts... They were indecent, they were so small. My size 6 daughter wears them instead. Obviously a disappointing experience which has put me off Bench. Reading other reviews, it's clear the sizing can have a tendency to come up small.

Of the 5 pack t-shirt I ordered, 3 was a perfect fit for a normal size medium. However 1 was smaller and 1 other was a bit oversized even though they were tagged size medium.

They don't spam you with emails so that is great. The only repeated correspondence has been for this feedback so assume that's external. I did send them a detailed message about their email marketing. Extremely bad marketing but this doesn't effect the end user experience only re purchase chance and actual customer re engagement. Great quality on the products I ordered. Fit was great. Order time vs delivery In line. Price was great value and also sits well within expected market. I would defiantly re purchase. Only disappointment is the potential/missed opportunity for growth. None of the feedback reflects badly on the brand from a customer perspective. Massive opportunity for growth. I absolutely love it. Bench is known for basics better than basics. Such a great opportunity position for a brand.

Terrible sizing, no way are these boxers genuinely a XXL

Never received my goods and customer service was not helpful and can’t get through to there delivery team it’s the worst customer service I ever experienced

Mony for waste, one t-shirt vas very small size even it vas marked as XXL size. I cud not put on it, it vas may be for M size. Never buy more.

A couple of years ago I bought a leather or faux leather jacket, Athough I didn't wear it much it was stored in the wardrobe.When I took.it out I found the leather was disintegrating & falling off the jacket like black snow.I returned the cost a couple of weeks ago recorded delivery but haven't received any reply or even an acknowledgement,so I would be very wary when buying this type of jacjket

Shirts are a nice shape and good to size, but they a little lightweight.

Good quality garments and sale price was a real bonus!!

Still waiting for my refund..be very careful using this company…seem reluctant to refund your money efficiently when you’ve returned there goods

Quality of the Bench Marshy Men’s Gillet, is excellent, sizing is spot on too. Finally the packaging and speed of standard delivery was great. I would certainly purchase from them again
