I started checking the responses to negative reviews regarding payouts and they are all the same generic BS. My first withdrawal since the revamp has been in queue waiting to be processed since 12/10/25. 119 days, I would like a definitive answer on how long does it take for withdrawal to complete. I don't want the generic BS answer.

This app is a scam. Spend hours playing a game. This app does not pay out. Pending payments since December. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE: finally reach a real person thru customer support and this is what I got “ We are working to expedite payments whenever possible. However, we’re currently dealing with an issue that’s preventing us from pushing payments through as quickly as we normally would, and I don’t have a clear timeline for when that will be fully resolved. Unfortunately, there’s nothing more we can do at this moment”

I guess they still won’t pay

Long-time user of the Benjamin App (2–3 years) with consistently reliable payouts until about 9 months ago. Since then, something has clearly changed.

I’m currently owed ~$100 after 4+ months of repeated payout requests and weekly follow-ups. Support responses have been generic (“high request volume”) with no timeline or resolution.

I’m also seeing similar reports from other users indicating payments may have stalled since late 2025. Based on my experience, payouts are no longer dependable. Proceed with caution. Actually, strongly recommend you don't proceed!

I loved the site until they changed everything at the end of 2025. Now my money has sat in a queue since December 9th, 2025. They used to allow you to withdraw into gift cards to just about any store or restaurant. Now you can only withdraw to Venmo or PayPal and be placed in a queue for I don’t know how long because I haven’t gotten my money in 4 months.

Started playing Benjamin in 2025. I always had problems cashing out with fraudulent activity but I would always receive funds. Then December came and now you can only request $50 at a time which takes forever. I have 3 separate withdrawals waiting earliest on Jan 30 and it is still in queue to be processed what a joke. I have not played this app since last year and will never play again.

It has been 4 months and I have got received my payment. I’ve cashed out 3 different times and still not one cent. Before they changed the payment system I never had problems cashing out. I request my payments back in December when we were finally allowed to cash out. Now it sucks and so does this app. I filled out the request form 10 times and it won’t even submit my request. Not only are they stealing my time and money now you’re scamming people.

When they were paying out gift cards prior to the last 6 months they DID pay out right away...unfortunately that is not the case anymore. I was saving up my points to use before last Christmas so built up$1000 but before that they discontinued the gift cards and only allow Venmo or PayPal withdrawals of up to$50 at a time now, AND charge you 99 cents for each withdrawal. Ok....not cool but fine, Well Ive been trying to withdraw my money ( in $50 increments) and it says processing.... for the last 2 weeks! I've contacted them and just get a generic answer of they are in queue and it takes "awhile" to get to my turn and pay put. I've heard others saying that they've been hearing this message from them for MONTHS though and still no payments! I would NOT waste your time playing their games until you start seeing these reviews saying that they ARE paying out again !!!BEWARE!! Your time is precious and they are making money with our time!!

They have deleted all their social media, only respond with ai copy and paste answers. I’ve read 100 forums online and no one has received their earned money. This company needs investigating done on it cause something else is going on apparently

Have waited five months for a payout. And customer support is generic and not helpful. Sounds like they used to give out cash - but it seems like it will never happen now.

Waiting four months for your money is crazy. I thought the improvements were going to make everything go faster and more smoothly. The improvements messed the App up as a whole.
I guess I’ll get my money by December 2026.

If you want to make any side cash this is not your app. They make fake claims of no queue which is a complete lie. Many of us are still waiting for their money they tried to withdrawal in December and they refuse to pay. They will not talk to any of us. Just the usual faq saying money should be there quicker if using PayPal (lie) sent to any email asking about their withdrawal. I will be now making reports to every company I can because I should not have to wait 4 months for 27 dollars. When before they changed the money saying it would be better we got our money immediately now they don’t want to pay anyone. I’m tired of asking and tired of waiting.

Since the upgraded system, payouts have been delayed. Submitted my request almost a month ago, and I have submitted tickets and get the same response “due to high numbers of withdrawals…”. The fine print when requests for withdrawals are made “3-5 business days” then you get “your payment is in que and being processed”…also I don’t see the option to withdraw to my bank, it only gives PayPal and Venmo. What happened to the bank option? Does the process also take this long for the withdrawal to our bank account?

Scam company. I am on day 63 of a 7 day review before I receive my $1500 withdrawal. This money has been ready since January but they keep adding steps like this last 7 day review. On day 63 and still don’t have my money. SMH!

Not getting cashout's and now they have points from games going into a gue. So, it's like you make them this month but won't see them for a month or two. Then, also daily points goes to a piggy bank and you have to get 8000 points to get the hammer to get them. Games don't give the output to Benjamin then you won't get the milestone reward. I b like Benjamin but the way they are doing there game is nothing like before Dec 03,2025. You'd get all the rewards and milestone in the normal area. It took me a week last December 03,2025 to finally cashout mine and at least or more mo ths before I got my money. Now still waiting on my last cashout and my husband is waiting for his and he joined through a link that should have connected him with me but it never did. So, we didn't get anything from inviting him to Benjamin or anything else. I have one payout that I haven't received yet & it's been past two weeks now. WHERE'S MY MONEY? As of 04/20/2026 still NO MONEY!

I’m still waiting on my payments since December but I finally found an app that will pay you in a quicker manner. Go and try Mistplay. You can play games and take surveys and cash out at $15 for a PayPal payment or Visa. It’s way easier, you get pad right when you achieve a goal. Stay away from the SCAM that’s called Benjamin.

Update April 8, 2026

Finally got a response from customer service and they say that I violated one of their terms and conditions and shut my entire account down without telling me what I violated, and they will not respond to my reply, asking what I violated so after waiting two weeks for them to verify my withdrawal request which never even included a dollar amount or anything like that they just close my entire account. I can’t even login.

I doubt they will even tell me what I supposedly did wrong

I haven’t been on that very long and I withdraw twice with no issues the money was almost instantly put in my PayPal. Then I spent money on the Monopoly game to get some of their milestones and got up to $87 and went to withdraw and I can’t even put a dollar amount in. It just gives me a screen that says they’re reviewing it. What are they reviewing if I haven’t put any info in like literally all I did was click the withdrawal button and I got a pop-up saying that it could be up to seven days for them to review and it’s been nine and still nothing. Customer service finally emailed me today and just told me about their new withdrawal policy, but that’s not what’s affecting me because I haven’t even put a dollar amount to get in the queue.

All of their AI responses to say the same thing about having to put withdrawals in queues so their systems keep running smoothly….for one, I don’t care how many withdrawals they have, the three months that people are complaining about….. There’s no way it would take that long. I work for a bank that processes millions of transactions daily. My thought is if their systems can’t handle the volume then maybe they need to upgrade their systems instead of punishing their customers.

I have $950 pending in payments. Contacted them multiple times. Every time basically saying thank you for your patience. My first withdrawal was 12/11/25. Then I made a $50 withdrawal every time I could until I had all of the $950 pending. The last $50 withdrawal was 1/08/2026. I still login everyday with hopes of getting my money and then I would return to there app. I enjoyed it. I have used the app for over 2 years and I enjoyed until they stopped paying. My daily login streak is 752. I would love to go back to the app but at this point I would not recommend anyone to play this app.

Before September 2025 withdrawals were quick and easy and queue doesn’t take too long. But after that month they hold off your earnings saying they will make improvements on the app and withdrawals will be available on Dec 03 2025. After that day they limit the withdrawal to $50/day and it’s taking tooooooooo long to process it. Then starting from Dec 10, 2025 up to Jan 01, 2026 I made withdrawals daily with a total of $1,094.00 and up until today I haven’t received any of them yet and I’ve been sending email, contacting support for update but there response takes more than a week and most email response are auto generated. They are not sincere with their promises about improvements and responses. Very frustrating and disappointing. Don’t ever bother playing the games they are sponsoring it will just upset you since it will take tooooo long to credit the money you earn while playing and it will just waste a lot of your time. There are more other apps that offer same concept but withdrawals are quick and easy.

They are withholding my money to be paid out since December 9th 2025. Its in que to be processed for months! This is not okay! Do better and get people the money they earned and worked for or paid for!! This is criminal!

I signed up for a bank account through one of their bonus programs in August of 2025... there was a $200 Incentive attached. In September, they paused all withdrawals for 90 days,

They briefly allowed withdrawals in december, but then abruptly stopped them. I have been waiting since December 10 for the final $100... support says it is still in queue.
