I have used this app for approximately 2 years. When I first uses the app, my experience was positive. Withdrawals of cash awards were usually processed within 3 days. In 2025, they announced that they were making improvement "to enhance user experience resulting in opportunities to win more!" The changes were to be completed in on December 3rd of 2025 and withdrawals would be suspended until them. There was not an opportunity to withdraw the rewards you had already accumulated. You were encouraged to continue playing in the meantime. When Dec 3rd hit the changes were revealed. Now, when you play a game and earn rewards, the rewards are held for about 2 months before you can request a withdrawal. I made a withdrawal request which had an estimated wait time of 3 days. It has now been a little over 2 months. I am hearing other say that they have waited 3 or 4 months. Still have not received anything. So when you add the 2 month cue before you can request withdrawal, it has been 4 months. When you contact customer service, you get the same bot response every time. BTW, you have to continue to log on and do something to earn more rewards or you risk losing you accumulated rewards and cash. WARNING! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS APP, DON'T! This app is not better than a scam anymore! After receiving a reply from Benjamin app to this review, they just proved my point. Their reply is just another bot response with no solution! Such BS!

Okay, so they say that everyone else is on the queue, yet there is a promotion today that claims, "play a game and get rewarded instantly. No queue this week".
Take care of everyone who's been waiting first. Ive been waiting since January 19th, and I see other reviews seeing people have been waiting since November and December, which worries me about MY redemption. Yesterday I was told my case was escalated, to contact support again, only for them to send me a VERY GENERIC apologetic message. What was the point in contacting support when Benjaminone told me to on a reply here?

I cashed out in December of 2025 and still have not received the payout its been 4 months now and still nothing. Only says payout in queue. When I tried to get ahold of customer service no reply. It is the worst app I've ever played i do not not recommend playing it. You will never get payed

I have$50 pending in a withdrawal queue that was originally supposed to take 3 days to process. This was December 9th 2025. It is now April 1, 2026 and I have not seen a cent of this money. Every time I send an email to support I get the same scripted email and immediately marked as resolved in their ticket system. I am disappointed and bothered that this app continues to stay on the market knowingly deceiving people with no accountability.

This app used to be okay but is now a complete SCAM. They started changing terms for accumulating reward$ so ridiculous that some are impossible to complete even with in-game purchases. Then when you finally accumulate $25 and try to withdraw, they put your request in a queue for MONTHS!!! Google and Apple Store need to kick this app out for being a scam. Shameful!

They used to be great! It did take a while to complete some rewards, but they were still doable with enough effort. But ever since they have “updated” their cash out system for receiving your rewards, it has gone 100% DOWN HILL. Definitely all the way down at rock bottom.
First, when they initially started updating the cash-out system, i had tried to cash-out my earnings as usual, but a little notice popped up on my screen saying i would not be able to cash-out my earnings FOR 9 MONTHS. I was irate. So i had started using a different app in the meantime. But i kept the Benjamin app just incase. 9 months later, I got an email saying On December 3rd i was finally able to cash-out! So i went ahead and tried, but was denied due to the amount of people that were all trying to cash-out at the same time. This had happened for days. I was finally able to cash-out my earnings on DECEMBER 14TH, 2025. But my cash-out earnings had been put into a “queue +3 days.” So i have to wait more than 3 days more than i already have?!? And honestly, customer support has always responded to my emails, but they can never help me with any of it and they have no idea how far back you are in the queue and any kind of idea of how long it will take. And yet, when i open the Benjamin app, a little note has been popping up saying something along the lines of “Get your rewards instantly! Skip the queue, this weekend only!” Soooo, how are you going to be able to do that if you can’t even pay your original customers/cash-out payments??
My cash-out is now saying “in queue, processing.” Which i’m HOPING that means it’s getting somewhere, i guess?? I have mostly given up, and just keep a smidgen of hope that maybe one day it will randomly show up in my account when i need it most.

Third Attempt
This is the only platform that Benjamin staff seems to respond to. Every response on their website is a canned, AI generated response.
As stated earlier in a complaint, the following sums of money are owed to me from Benjamin:
Dec 4, 2025 - $50.
Dec 5, 2025 - $50.
Dec 9, 2025 - $40.
Dec 11, 2025 - $35.
Dec 12, 2025 - $40.
Feb 14, 2026 - $50.
Mar 25, 2026 - $42.
According to your website, the last withdrawal of $42 would post to my PayPal account on March 28, 2026. It is now March 31,2026, and none if these sums have posted to my PayPal account. Also according to your website all of these monies are in your "que." I want a specific date when you will release these funds to post to my account. I do NOT want your sympathy. I do NOT want your explanations. I do NOT want your made up excuses. I do NOT want any more stalling. I want to know why you are holding monies that, based on your website rules, I have earned. I want a specific date that you will release my money to my account. No more runaround.

I encourage those considering using this app, not to. They offer great rewards for games and tasks, but unfortunately, they lack transparency. A $200 reward may take several months to become available for cashout. Then, cashouts have a maximum amount of $50, with a $0.99 fee. Then your request is put into a queue with no estimated time of release. So far, one of my cash outs took a couple weeks, and the current one has been queued for a month. I don't expect to see the remaining $200+ I have in my available cash. There are far less sneaky rewards apps than this one.

I wish I could give one zero stars. I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for a payout. There is no reason for that. My suggestion is this app is not worth it due to the negligence. Can’t delete the app if you want to get paid which is ridiculous. I’m going to go to whoever I need to so I can let others know about this. I’ve sent multiple emails to Benjamin. Phone number would be great. Payment would be better

This is my second review. DO NOT get involved with this app. I would give it a zero if I could. It was great when I initially was playing and received quick deposits. I never made large sums of money but it was fun and got a little extra coffee money. But they changed things. Many other reviewers have stated this same thing. I redeemed funds 2/19 and 2/20, 2026 and have yet to see the funds totalling $66.66 in my paypal. I have been told that my money is in queue to be reviewed, and each time I question, I receive the same canned reply. Is someone really looking at it? I might add that I had to make 2 withdrawals since there is a minimum $25 withdrawal and a maximum as well. Benjamin also hits you with a small fee for each of the withdrawals. So stay away from Benjamin.
Added note: Benjamin replied to this review relatively quickly but the response is rather similar to my first review with no satisfactory resolution. Giving them 3 days then to BBB.

When i first started using this app it was an awesome app. Then in December 2025 the dreaded update came along, no more gift cards and fees to withdrawl money that you earned. I was finally able to enter three withdrawals on December 9-10-11. I sent a complaint to customer service about the fees charged everytime I had to withdraw my money. I received a response from customer service and the withdrawal fees were taken care of and I received those withdrawals almost immediately. Happy customer so far.
Since I received that deposit I have made a total of 9 withdrawals totaling $450. The withdrawals were on the following dates
December 12-13-14-15-16
January - 6-31
February -27 and March 11.
I have screen shots with verification numbers for these withdrawals.
To this date I have not seen a credit to my PayPal account for any of these transactions.
I tried to contact customer service submitting screenshots of the withdrawls and received the generic response of "it's in the que." It definitely seems like a bot generated response since others that have tried to make a withdrawal have commented that they received the same response.
It should not take over 3 months to receive my withdrawls. I am no longer a happy customer. This is $450 of money which I earned following the guidelines set forth by Benjaminone. I have screenshots of all the withdrawals I have made. I hope some day Benjamin one will make this right but I truly don't believe they will.

Please confirm:
* The expected processing timeframe for this withdrawal
* Whether there are any additional delays beyond standard processing times
* That this withdrawal will be successfully completed without further issues
2. Cash Queue Timeline
My remaining rewards are currently in the Cash Queue with a release window of March 30 through April 3.
Please confirm:
* Is April 3 the final guaranteed release date?
* Can this date be extended again?
* Will I be able to immediately withdraw once the funds are released?
3. Offer Tracking & Changing Requirements (Major Concern)
I have observed that the reward requirements for the same game (Merge Inn – Cafe Merge Game) have changed multiple times during my progress.
For example:
* Previously: Reach Level 31 within 15 days
* Then: Reach Level 17 within 5 days
* Now: Reach Level 25 within 14 days
I completed Level 17 within the required timeframe, yet no earnings were awarded.
Additionally:
* I have reinstalled the app as recommended
* I have experienced similar tracking issues across multiple games
* My progress is not being consistently recognized or credited
Please explain:
* Why requirements are changing after gameplay has already started
* How progress is tracked and verified
* Why completed milestones are not resulting in payouts
4. Support Response Concerns
I have submitted multiple requests and continue to receive repeated generic responses along with new ticket numbers, without any direct resolution to the issues raised. This raises concerns that my case is not being properly reviewed.
Additional Context
I have previously used this app in 2024 when payouts were processed correctly and without these delays or inconsistencies. The current experience reflects a significant decline in reliability, including delayed payouts, inconsistent tracking, and changing reward requirements.
Due to the ongoing lack of resolution, I have already submitted complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If this matter continues unresolved, I am prepared to escalate further by filing a complaint with my State Attorney General’s office.
At this point, I am requesting a clear, direct, and complete response addressing each of the concerns outlined above.
This situation directly affects both my time and expected earnings, and I expect transparency regarding how my rewards are being handled.

My withdrawals have been pending for over 3 months now, customer service is no help and just gives the same crap response, you have to pay $0.99 to withdraw, but it takes forever if you even do get your money. Do not use this app, there a plenty that actually pay you like they say they will.

This app is a complete and total scam. I have been playing this app for 274 days straight and I’ve tried to cash out and it’s been in query for well over a week. All I get is an automated response and it told me it would take up to five hours if I sent it to PayPal. All lies and I wasted a lot of my time on this app for no reason so don’t waste your time on it. They are a complete scam. ! I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before I wasted all my time on this app as they owe me over $30 which may not seem like a lot but every day having to do all the commercials and games just to get nowhere and not get my money is a waste of my valuable time! As a single mom all these little things that I do to get the extra things so I can get my child random gifts here and there or take her out with the money that I would make from apps like this was in vain! Do not use this app as they do not pay and you can’t get a real person to get this figured out. This should be removed from the Internet. It’s amazing How many scams are out there trust me don’t waste your valuable time on this app or you’ll be very sorry that you did like I am! Despicable company!!

I've been waiting on 4 separate payouts ($50 Dec 9, 2025 - $25 Jan 9, 2026 - $37.49 Jan 16, 2026 and $39.35 Feb 2, 2026) totaling $151.84 ... all showing "Your withdrawal is in queue and being processed". The last time I submitted a complaint ticket, I got a generic response back. I stopped using Benjamin as it has majorly gone down hill since they did their changes to payout methods, etc... I will not recommend this company to anyone.
